The hotel is beautiful. We had a family vacation: me, my husband and two children. The rest was in early June 2025. The room is located on the second floor at the end of the corridor. The room had a refrigerator, a kettle, three mugs with spoons, and plenty of towels, including a beach towel for each member of the room. Balcony. There is a dining room opposite the balcony. In our case, there was breakfast and dinner in the dining room, the food was basically varied, we liked the fact that there was a choice for children, yogurt, cookies, fruits, cereals, porridge, bread and butter. The bed linen in the room is also excellent. The room is cleaned daily, the bedclothes were changed after the fourth night. 5-7 minutes walk to the sea on asphalt. There is a swimming pool on site, it's very cool, my son and daughter immediately loved it, and my husband and I enjoyed being in it, it's just a fairy tale. The Abkhazians are friendly and kind to tourists. In general, the hotel is very cool, I recommend it. The prices are reasonable. Just great! Just some likes! Our stay at this hotel was wonderful for us!!! We will remember him forever! It's time TO ADD A REVIEW ABOUT THE ABOVE HOTEL. YES, EVERYTHING WAS GREAT and COOL LAST YEAR!!! HOWEVER, NOW MY FAMILY AND I ARE VACATIONING AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN FROM 06/09/2026 TO 06/15/2026. IT'S JUST SOME KIND OF TRASH!!! what happened? EVERYTHING IS VERY MESSED UP! IF WE HAD KNOWN THAT THIS WAS THE CASE, WE WOULD NOT HAVE GONE TO THIS Hotel for anything!!! THE REASON IS THAT THE SERVICE HAS GONE BAD!!! FIRST OF ALL, WE HAD BREAKFAST INCLUDED, THE BREAKFAST WAS TERRIBLE! IT'S THE SAME THING EVERY DAY, it's PORRIDGE IN SMALL JARS, EITHER SEMOLINA, OATMEAL, OR RICE, but it's completely tasteless, even the children didn't eat it at all. One sausage, cut in half, as I understand it, to visually make it seem like a portion is more than🤣, they used to give either buckwheat or pasta to this sausage. They also served sandwiches, like bread with a thin slice of sausage or cheese. But here's the joke, they gave it piece by piece and to choose from and only in hand!!! And you can have a sandwich with either sausage or cheese. But then they got into the habit of not putting out these sandwiches, referring to the fact that "we don't have time to cut bread with sausage and cheese." Actually, don't even hope, they'll take it out, but four slices on a plate and that's it.... Who managed to take it, well done! Who doesn't... sorry. Oh, yes, once there was a boiled egg for breakfast, but there was no sausage anymore😒 The only drinks were tea or coffee, condensed milk was poured into a deep bowl with coffee, but this plate was always empty. The mugs are not washed, streaks and scraps from food, it's sad. Alas! How cool everything was last year! But not this time! Last year, the girls played light music, there were beautiful marine-themed paintings on the walls, and the tables were always clean. The staff was always smiling and friendly! None of that exists today. The staff did not wipe the tables after those who ate first, it was very unpleasant to sit down to breakfast at the table with crumbs. Next... the cleaners shamelessly knock on the room in the morning to wash the floor, and at that time, for example, you just came from an unpleasant breakfast from the dining room, they insist that you need to wash the floor. Toilet paper was not reported at all, I had to beg for it. Towels were not changed at all! On the territory of the hotel, adults now began to smoke openly by the pool, no one made any comments on it. But there are non-smokers and, of course, children. There were empty beer bottles near the sun beds in the morning, which means that no one cleaned the area near the pool. Again, this is bad and unpleasant! And yet, whether the hotel staff is walking near the rooms of vacationers, it is not clear whether there are any men who openly smoke and are in this area, for what purpose it is not clear. In general, the hotel itself is cool! Plus, of course, this hotel has a swimming pool, last year it was heated, but now it wasn't. This year we did not enjoy our stay at the Tristan Hotel!!! Everything was great last year!!! And all because the service has changed (the staff, as we understand it, are Uzbeks). We will never come to this hotel again. The impression is ruined! I do not recommend the hotel! The country of Abkhazia itself compensated for our mood!!! Its nature and the excursions that we used to escape from the above-mentioned troubles. We will come to this beautiful country, but not to this hotel.

We had a family vacation on 08/10 - 08/19/2025. We had 3 rooms side by side, on the ground floor overlooking the courtyard. We were satisfied. The rooms were cleaned and towels were changed almost every day. The pool delighted both children and adults. We only had breakfast included, the food was so-so. That's why we ate Figs in the cafe. That's where our taste preferences were completely satisfied. The food there is varied, tasty and beautiful. The prices are quite adequate. The hosts are friendly. There is a convenience store opposite the hotel. Varya and her replacement (unfortunately I don't know the name) greet everyone very cordially. They will advise and remind you so that you don't forget anything. You can buy fresh pastries and smoked trout from their own production. It takes 10 minutes from the hotel to the sea at a leisurely pace, along a straight paved road. Everything was fine with us! Thank you to Abkhazia and its residents for a wonderful holiday! We'll be back ❤️❤️❤

A great hotel with a homely atmosphere I recently stayed at the Tristan Hotel and was very pleased with my choice. The hotel pleasantly surprised with its cozy interior and attentive staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable, equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The furniture is modern, the bed linen and towels are fresh. The hotel's dining room deserves special attention. The food here is top notch! The menu is varied and the dishes are prepared with fresh ingredients.I was especially impressed with the breakfasts — there is always a choice between several hot dishes, fresh salads and pastries! I would also like to thank the receptionist, Yana, for the excellent service at the hotel. He will always help and prompt you. I would like to note her kindness and positive attitude. I definitely recommend the Tristan Hotel for those who appreciate comfort, delicious food and a homely atmosphere. I plan to stay here again on my next trip to Abkhazia!
