They were in July 2024. Pros: The cabins are good, new, and the beds are comfortable. Clear. There is a large outdoor kitchen, and it was very convenient for us as a large group to gather there. It is possible with dogs. There are no problems with water in the cabins. There are no smells in the bathroom. There is a small refrigerator in the house. There is a set of furniture for gatherings on the veranda. You can take glanders. The beach is nice, clean, big. The village is not very big, but there is a place to walk in the evening. The nature of Abkhazia is certainly beautiful. It's a good view when you sit on the veranda. Cons: it takes about 25 minutes to walk to the sea, though along a scenic road, but with cars behind and to a meeting. More campsites are being built next to the campsite, and there is a lot of noise. There is little storage space in the cabins. It's very stuffy on the mezzanine floor, the air conditioner doesn't finish it off, everyone was sleeping downstairs, the mattresses were lowered. There is no fence on the mezzanine floor (the owner started to do it at our request, but did not finish it). There is no place for walking on the territory-there is only one path from the houses to the outdoor kitchen. The rest of the space is in the stones. If you are with a child, running barefoot on the grass will definitely not work. And in general, there are a lot of stones on the territory. The owner lives in his house with his son and dog on the territory. During our stay, the owner burned the grass (repeatedly) and painted our houses when we were resting in them or were on the territory. The smell of paint or burnt grass spoiled the impression of rest. They asked me not to burn it, but after a while everything happened again. The owner's son has a complicated personality, and our company had to leave 2 days earlier due to a conflict between teenage children, which the owner refused to resolve. We lost money and ruined the end of our vacation. In general, a hospitable host, only if you remember that you are visiting, even if you have paid money for the rest.

We will start once again, 3 times in Abkhazia.A wonderful place - as the owners successfully found the name "Silence" fresh air, absence of external noise, comfortable houses where a family or a company of 2 to 5/6 people can comfortably settle down, there is everything you need- shower, toilet, water in the common eating area, refrigerator in the house, the owner loves plants, cultivates fruit trees.About 700 meters to the sea, along the cypress alley, in the center of the village of Citrus there are a lot of places to eat, shops, we are by car, and even with two dogs, is it not a miracle that pets are allowed! The air conditioning and wi-fi are working properly. I have been working in the hospitality industry for many years, and I absolutely firmly give the base a 5+ rating.Prosperity and development to the base and Timur - he is so kind, patient and an absolute pro - he will show and tell everything about the history of Abkhazia that may be interesting to us, tourists.

A great place to relax. Well-groomed territory, everything is green around, clean comfortable houses, wonderful hosts. There is a shared kitchen with everything you need, including a washing machine. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea along the shady streets. Julia and Timur, we really liked your place, thank you for the warm welcome, we will come to you again
