The order we placed waited for a long time as ”preparing". So we called the company, they said there was a delay due to the rain. Because we were in a hurry, we specifically stated that we would come to pick up the order ourselves and not to give it to the courier, they said “ok”. However, when we went to the restaurant, they said that the order was sent by courier. Moreover, instead of taking the situation seriously, they showed an attitude as if they were making fun of it. Both the misdirection is being made and the communication with the customer is completely disrespectful. Such irresponsibility and indifference is unacceptable. We were satisfied neither with the order process nor the customer approach. A business that we would never prefer again.
