Great location right in the center - everywhere is within easy reach, nice room, clean cleaning, sleep quietly, despite the bars nearby. The only drawbacks are going up to the 4th floor without an elevator - if someone has a heavy suitcase, it will be inconvenient and the balcony will be locked. Well, it's not so easy to find it - you need to contact the reception at another hotel with the Yerevan sign, because this hotel is on the other side in an unmarked residential entrance.

(and it's big) There was no normal table (there was a table) and a kitchen corner, there was no microwave and stove, American plugs for the TV and refrigerator, and only one adapter, if you want to turn something on, you need to turn something off (you can replace the plug, but no one can guess before that) . There is no washing machine in the hotel / room, laundry is only paid. The doors are not blind, there is a finger-sized gap around the perimeter.
