They do their job well! The hotel is located in a quiet location, there is no noise from cars. Clean rooms. Nomar has everything. And it's a great price! I recommend.

The location of the hotel is almost in the center: near the Cascade and ATMs, opposite there are many places where you can eat. The rooms are clean. Now about the most IMPORTANT THING: the staff and the receptionist are incompetent in dealing with the guests! The service is terrible: they don't meet the guest halfway, they prove the opposite. We booked through Yandex Travel. Of course, you shouldn't expect much from a three-star hotel, but the attitude itself is outrageous.The room has amenities: a working air conditioner, kettle, refrigerator, but there will be no water or tea. The bathroom as a whole is without any comments, the only thing is that the water does not drain well. Well, the "cherry on the cake" is noise insulation, or rather, its complete absence!The bottom line for the hotel: for your money, the option is more than pleasant, but with its flaws.

Nice hotel, conveniently located, 24-hour front desk. There is no VTB terminal, so you will not be able to pay with a MIR card (at the time of writing the review, MIR does not work in Armenia, except for very VTB terminals). But there is a VTB ATM nearby, so you can withdraw cash there (no more than AMD 150k per day). The room was clean, with a refrigerator, air conditioning, wardrobe and table with chair. It's not as chic as in Azimuth, but it's perfect for traveling. The rating is 9/10. When we arrived at night, the reception said they couldn't move in without money, so we had to pay in dollars and rubles for the required amount. In the afternoon, the girl said that it was necessary to pay in drams. So it's better to stock up on cash in advance or look at a nearby VTB ATM (if you don't have cards from foreign banks).
