One of my fav spots in the city. Calm atmosphere, fantastic view, tasty food. And welcoming staff. I usually eat hachapuri, khinkali, barbecue or any other kind of meat. Everything is tasty. They have a good variety of wines also. I also love fluffy staff members who are very gentle and can ask you for a piece of food but never violate. I've experienced it at other places😅 so all in all firm 5 from me

It's a great place. One of the best in the old town. I will definitely come back again. The cuisine is delicious, the prices are rather below average. On the second floor there is a covered terrace with a great view. We ordered pork kebab, Imeretian khachapuri, chkmeruli, homemade wine, homemade chacha - we liked everything very much. I didn't find any disadvantages.

I can't help but leave a review about this place! All with an exclamation mark only! Everything is delicious, it's just not real! Magnificent view of Kura! Very tasty homemade wine! Amazing chacha! I really liked chmeruli! The lamb kebab is just a bomb! Great respect to the chef! Polite and courteous waiters! We were served by a very nice and polite Russian-speaking guy. I told you everything, I brought everything quickly! I highly recommend the restaurant! And the prices are not Moscow, we were pleased.

For me, the puzzle here is 1000% complete. The staff of Terrace 21 is the best in Tbilisi! It's a beautiful place! Everything is very tasty, reasonable prices, good homemade wine, we took Kindzmarauli. We had a pleasant evening with a view of the Metekhi Temple in the heart of old Tbilisi. Khachapuri, suluguni mushrooms, eggplant rolls and khinkali are beyond praise. We had dinner here twice and were very satisfied!

We came to a birthday party when we were in Tbilisi. You can sit on the veranda, or in an air-conditioned room. The service is fine. We tried Adjarian khachapuri and khinkali, and we were satisfied with the food. We asked for a candle for dessert, the staff complied with our request, it was very pleasant. The first day in Tbilisi, you want to give all the establishments 5 stars because of the color, but then you get an epiphany, and you start to build a ranking. So it is with Terrace 21. Overall, I really liked the place. Beautiful view of Metekhi, very fast service, polite waiters. Speaking of food, the ojahuri was not bad, the pork in it was perfect, the potatoes were questionable, and the vegetable salad also had questions about the quality/ripeness of tomatoes and cucumbers. My wife really liked lobio. The kharcho was obviously heated in the microwave. The beef was barely chewing:(

Hello everyone The restaurant is located in the most tourist location, but the price tag is average. Everything is normal for food and service. They missed my khinkali top a bit. It's quite cozy. The rest: soups, various khachapuri and alcohol without complaints. Russian Russian is spoken and there is a Russian menu. Tips are not included in the bill. So I recommend it.

I was led by good reviews and a 5.0 rating. I would give this institution a unit, a maximum of 2 with a stretch. After such "restaurants" people come to Russia and say that Georgian cuisine in Russia is better. They took khinkali, it's terrible, the bottom is flat, as if the dough is raw. Khachapuri cheese is not tasty, does not stretch, and has the consistency of cottage cheese. We told the waiter, he expressed his dissatisfaction with our indignation, but then apologized and excluded 3 khinkalins from the bill. It's a pity, the view is beautiful, the prices are not expensive, but I haven't tasted such tasteless food for a long time.

We went to this restaurant after reading rave reviews, ordered pork kebab, French fries, khinkali with cheese. The shish kebab and fries arrived in 5-7 minutes, which we were very surprised about, since usually dishes are cooked on fire for 15 minutes. The barbecue didn't smell very good, but I gave it a chance and barely cut it with a knife. The shish kebab was obviously heated in the microwave… How can you do that to him in a country where this dish is a hallmark!? The potatoes weren't cooked for us either, they were slightly warm and tasted stale. There are no complaints about the hinkals, they were waited for about 20-30 minutes, they were freshly prepared. Why there are so many laudatory reviews is not clear?

It's a very decent place. The view from the veranda is very beautiful. The food is delicious and moderately spicy. The service is fast. We were lucky, when we arrived there was only 1 table occupied, and then the whole veranda was filled and many people came, but there were no seats.
