There's a second entrance to Tbilisi Central Station - on the right side if you're facing the building (main entrance is slightly left, near the center). This side has both stairs and an escalator, and leads directly to the platform. Almost no passengers here. Also connects to the Flo shoe store and Elit electronics. Elit. Tbilisi Central Station has a second entrance-on the right side, if you are facing the building (main entrance on the left, near the center). There is both a staircase and an escalator, and the same exit to the platform. There are almost no passengers. There is also an entrance to the shoe store Flo and electronics Elit. 1. Location & Access The station is easy to find and well-connected by metro, buses, and taxis. It's located inside a shopping mall, which is convenient but also a bit confusing for first-time visitors. Look for signs or ask locals-they're usually helpful. 2. Train Services Trains run to Batumi, Zugdidi, and other cities. Schedules are posted online and at the station, but delays happen sometimes. The ticket office staff speak basic English and Russian. You can also buy tickets online—recommended during busy seasons. 3. Cleanliness The platformer and waiting areas are okay but not spotless. Bathrooms are usable but could be cleaner. The mall part is much cleaner than the actual train station area. 4. Safety The station feels safe during the day. Security guards are present, and there are cameras. At night, it's quieter, so stay alert and avoid dark corners. 5. Facilities There's a small waiting area with seats, but it gets crowded. No lounge or proper rest zone. You'll find ATMs, a pharmacy, and food options inside the mall—fast food, coffee shops, and even a supermarket. 6. Signage & Navigation Signs are in Georgian and English, but not always clear. The layout is strange because the station is inside a mall. You might need to ask for directions to platforms or ticket counters. 7. Accessibility There are elevators and ramps, but not everywhere. If you have luggage or mobility issues, it can be tricky to move around. Staff may help if asked. 8. Nearby Services The mall has everything-food, clothes, electronics, and even a cinema. Great if you have time before your train. There's also a hotel nearby for overnight stays. 9. Overall Experience Tbilisi Railway Station is functional but not fancy. It gets the job done, especially if you know what to expect. It's not a tourist attraction, but it's a key transport hub for Georgia.

The Tbilisi Railway Station left mixed impressions. By itself, to be honest, he's not much — big, a little confused, and looks tired. It's noisy inside, people with suitcases, the smell of coffee and something frying nearby. It's not that it's unpleasant, it's just that everything seems to have been left in the last decade. But trains are a completely different matter. They are clean, comfortable, the air conditioner is working, the conductors are polite. You drive calmly, without nerves, with a view of the mountains outside the window. There are very nice girls working at the ticket offices — they will explain everything, help you choose places, even if you are confused and do not know where to click in their electronic menu. But it is better to take tickets in advance. Sometimes they buy up everything quickly, especially if it's a popular destination like Batumi or Borjomi. In general, the train station itself is not inspiring, but then the road pays for everything.

The station is not very good, but the trains to Batumi are good, they only run 2 times a day. There is a cafe next to the exit to the platform and there you can get yourself coffee, hot chocolate and sandwiches.
