Interior – 4.6/5 Modern, minimal, but cozy atmosphere. 3. Service – 4.8/5 Excellent. Staff are attentive and professional, a pleasant surprise. 4. Food & Drinks – 4.7/5 Tried only Americano (7 GEL). Large cup, very good taste. Menu looks varied. 5. Overall If you are near Rustaveli metro, this café is worth visiting. Recommended. 1. Локация – 4.5: центр, рядом старый город и Ваке, парковки нет. 2. Интерьер – 4.6: современно и уютно. 3. Сервис – 4.8: превосходный. 4. Еда – 4.7: Американо 7 лари, вкусно, меню разнообразное. 5. 1. When everything goes smoothly, the company looks fine: new planes, food, service. Expensive, but acceptable. 2. The problems start only when something goes wrong. Then passengers are left alone. 3. My flight was canceled “due to bad weather.” In reality, it was sunny, warm, no wind. 4. I received only an SMS in the morning: “Flight canceled.” No calls answered, chatbot useless. 5. At the airport, a huge line. Staff only rebook flights. No mention of hotel or food. 6. Passengers said you must demand. After insisting, they finally gave a hotel. 7. Next day – same story. Flight canceled again, weather perfect outside. 8. Again no information, only rebooking. Staff said they don’t know what will happen. 9. They offered a bus to Tbilisi. Nobody knew when or where it leaves. 10. The bus was old, cramped, uncomfortable – not “super bus” as promised. 11. Result: lost two prepaid nights at destination, spent extra money on taxis, no apologies. 12. Refund: from a $300 ticket, only $15 returned. They claimed “bad weather” so no compensation. 13. My advice: avoid this airline. When problems appear, they abandon you and deny responsibility. 1. Пока всё хорошо – новые самолёты, еда. 2. Как только проблема – пассажиры никому не нужны. 3. Совет: избегайте этой компании. 1. როცა ყველაფერი კარგადაა – ახალი თვითმფრინავები, საჭმელი. 2. პრობლემა რომ გაჩნდა – მგზავრი აღარავის სჭირდება. 3. რეისი გააუქმეს “ამინდის გამო”, თუმცა მზიანი დღე იყო. 4. მხოლოდ SMS, აეროპორტში დიდი რიგი. 5. სასტუმრო და საჭმელი – მხოლოდ მოთხოვნის შემდეგ. 6. მეორე დღეს ისევ გაუქმება, ისევ გაურკვევლობა. 7. ავტობუსი თბილისამდე – ძველი და მოუხერხებელი. 8. დაკარგული ფული და დრო, კომპენსაცია არ არის. 9. რჩევა: თავი აარიდეთ ამ კომპანიას.

Assortment – 4.8/5 The shop mainly sells sports equipment for many kinds of sports. Also good for tourists. Prices are a bit high. Example: a simple round expander costs 25 GEL. 3. Staff – 4.6/5 Possible female staff members, they know the assortment well. They gave advice on what is better to choose and buy. Helpful and polite. 1. Локация – 4.8 Старый город, всё рядом, улица обновлена. 2. Ассортимент – 4.8 Спорттовары разных видов, цены чуть выше среднего (экспандер 25 лари). 3. Персонал – 4.6 Сотрудницы знают ассортимент, подсказывают выбор. 1. ლოკაცია – 4.8 ძველი ქალაქი, ყველაფერი ახლოს, ქუჩა განახლებულია. 2. ასორტიმენტი – 4.8 სპორტული ინვენტარი სხვადასხვა სახეობისთვის, ფასები ოდნავ მაღალია (ექსპანდერი 25 ლარი). 3. პერსონალი – 4.6 თანამშრომლები იცნობენ ასორტიმენტს, გირჩევენ სწორ არჩევანს.

1. Location – 4.5/5 On the 4th floor of Grand Mall, easy to find. Big glass corner with clear visibility. Ordering display right next to the counter. 2. Interior – 4.4/5 Standard Subway corner, nothing fancy. Clean, bright, with a large showcase. 3. Service – 4.3/5 Staff try hard, polite, but almost always don’t speak other languages. Ordering is smooth. 4. Food – 4.2/5 I ordered through the WIDIS app (same prices as on the display). Breakfast special: turkey croissant + Americano for 9.90 GEL. Americano alone is 3 GEL now. Coffee is average, croissant would be better warmed up. The sauce is too liquid and sour, I would prefer a thicker one. 1. Локация – 4.5 4 этаж Гранд Молла, легко найти, большая витрина. 2. Интерьер – 4.4 Обычный корнер, чисто. 3. Сервис – 4.3 Стараются, но почти всегда не говорят на других языках. 4. Еда – 4.2 Брал через WIDIS, спецзавтрак: круассан с индейкой + американо за 9.90 лари. Кофе средний, круассан лучше подогреть. Соус слишком жидкий и кислый, хочется заменить на более густой. 1. ლოკაცია – 4.5 გრანდ მოლის 4-ე სართული, ადვილად მოსაძებნი. 2. ინტერიერი – 4.4 სტანდარტული კუთხე, სუფთა. 3. სერვისი – 4.3 პერსონალი ცდილობს, მაგრამ თითქმის ყოველთვის არ ლაპარაკობენ სხვა ენებზე. 4. საჭმელი – 4.2 WIDIS-ით შევუკვეთე, სპეციალური საუზმე: ინდაურის კრუასანი + ამერიკანო 9.90 ლარი. ყავა საშუალო, კრუასანი უკეთესია გათბობით. სოუსი ძალიან თხელი და მჟავეა, სჯობს უფრო სქელი იყოს.

Main café of the Dona bakery-confectionery chain. Wide choice of cakes and pastries, though very sweet and heavy on vegetable cream. I usually take the Nutella Roll (was 2 GEL, now 3), Simit for 2.5 GEL (a bit pricey, but super fresh), and an Americano. Paid 10.50 GEL in total. Worth a visit once in half a year. Главное кафе сети Dona. Большой выбор пирожных и тортов, но очень сладкие и много растительного крема. Обычно беру Нутелла Ролл (был 2 лари, стал 3), Симит за 2.5 лари (дороговато, но свежайший) и американо. Заплатил 10.50 лари. Раз в полгода зайти можно. 😄 Dona-ს მთავარი კაფე. დიდი არჩევანი ტორტებისა და ნამცხვრების, თუმცა ძალიან ტკბილია და ყველგან მცენარეული კრემია. ჩვეულებრივ ვიღებ ნუტელას როლს (იყო 2 ლარი, ახლა 3), სიმიტს 2.5 ლარად (ცოტა ძვირია, მაგრამ ძალიან ახალი) და ამერიკანოს. სულ გადავიხადე 10.50 ლარი. ნახევარ წელიწადში ერთხელ ღირს შესვლა.

Interior – 4.6/5 At first it looks like just a wine shop, but downstairs there is a huge hall with wine and tastings. Nice surprise, spacious and atmospheric. 3. Service – 4.7/5 Staff are polite, attentive, and welcoming. They explain well and make you feel comfortable. 4. Wine – 4.6/5 Good selection, but pity there are no snacks with the wine. A glass of Saperavi costs 8 GEL – quality is fine, but feels closer to 4 minus. 5. Recommendation Best to choose wines directly from the producer. I especially recommend Usakhelauri and Ojaleshi – authentic Georgian taste. 1. Локация – 4.7: центр, море, всё рядом. 2. Интерьер – 4.6: сверху магазин, внизу зал для дегустаций. 3. Сервис – 4.7: вежливо, внимательно. 4. Вино – 4.6: нет закусок, Саперави бокал 8 лари. 5. Products – 4.5/5 Excellent selection of Ukrainian goods: dairy, meat, cheese, beer, horilka. Prices are fair, and there are good promotions. A great place for authentic Ukrainian flavors in Batumi. Overall – 4.7/5 A cozy shop with quality products and knowledgeable staff. Worth visiting if you want something different and tasty in the city center. Эко Маркет – украинские товары, Батуми 1. 1. Strange place in the very center of Batumi, just a few dozen steps from Europe Square. 2. Doors wide open, dessert showcases full, chandeliers shining bright. 3. But complete silence inside - no guests, no staff. 4. I waited, looked around, but nobody appeared. 5. Left quietly without buying anything. Странное место в центре Батуми: двери открыты, витрины полные, люстры горят, а внутри тишина. Ни гостей, ни персонала. Ушёл без покупки.
