Negative experience. 1.We ordered document delivery and paid in full. 2.We were promised delivery within 5 working days. 3.After 5 working days, the package was still in Tbilisi. 4.When we asked what happened and when the documents would be sent, the answer was simply: "It happens." 5.No clear explanation, no solution, and no apology. 6.In the end, we had no documents, no refund, and no support. I cannot recommend this office at all. Very disappointing service and poor communication. Negative experience. 1. I strongly do not recommend it. უარყოფითი გამოცდილება. 1.შევუკვეთეთ დოკუმენტების მიწოდება და სრულად გადავიხადეთ. 2.დაგვპირდნენ, რომ მიწოდება 5 სამუშაო დღეში განხორციელდებოდა. 3.5 სამუშაო დღის შემდეგ ამანათი კვლავ თბილისში იყო. 4.როდესაც ვკითხეთ, რა ხდებოდა და როდის გაიგზავნებოდა დოკუმენტები, გვიპასუხეს: „ასეც ხდება“. 5.არც განმარტება, არც პრობლემის გადაწყვეტა და არც ბოდიში. 6.საბოლოოდ არც დოკუმენტები მივიღეთ და არც თანხის დაბრუნება. კატეგორიულად არ ვუწევ რეკომენდაციას.

I have been receiving Ozone parcels from another place for a long time. There, girls with a sour face are greeted, they refuse to speak Russian and demand to show their passport. The first time I tried to switch to Lermontov. The guys sent the Ozone package by order number in a second in pure Russian. I went in, I went out, and even my mood didn't deteriorate (this is ironic, if anything). In general, if you don't want to speak English and you're too lazy to show your passport, then you're definitely in this visa ;-)

Excellent department, friendly service. They explain everything tactfully. We packed everything neatly and adjusted the size of the box so as not to overpay. Prices are more flexible than indicated on the website. It all depends on the size and weight. It turned out less than I expected. The package arrived safely.
