The Svoyak Hotel has fully justified its sincere name — here you really feel like not a guest, but a dear guest of good old friends. We arrived late in the evening, tired after a long journey, but at the reception we were greeted with such a sincere smile and care that fatigue disappeared. We were given hot tea from the road, and the check-in was quickly arranged. The room is very clean, newly renovated, comfortable bed with a good mattress. The bed linen is crisp and white, and the towels are fluffy. The little things are thought out: a mini fridge, a hairdryer, a powerful air conditioner. The silence at night is complete, we slept great. Breakfast was served heartily — hearty, delicious, homely. Porridge, fresh pastries, fragrant coffee. Special thanks to the staff — everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to help. A very rare combination: affordable price and warm, almost family-friendly service. Now it's only here in Gomel!

It's a great hotel. We arrived there on Friday, June 5th, 2026, and the owner offered an even bigger and better room for the same money. The room is clean, cozy and warm, everything you need is there, starting from a microwave and ending with forks, plates and a corkscrew for wine ...)) Clean shower and towels... We really liked it, it's better and cheaper than in a regular hotel. You can park freely near the house, the location allows, this is a private sector and all the neighbors know each other.

It's a great place to meet friends. Convenient location and intuitive service. The bathroom was nice and clean. Everything you need is in the form of a hair dryer, kettle, microwave and TV.
