Rooms were okay, reception staff cooperative. Food tasted good, but restaurant staff were not cooperative, probably due to language barrier, and also they were not trained to deal with dynamic changes in the situation. Often, the restaurant had no billing clerk. Waiters were not bothered to take accurate orders and avoided any eye contact or other forms of communication. Clear lacking of empathy felt by waiters and restaurant staff.

I stayed in this hotel for a couple of days, I was very satisfied. The staff was friendly, always in touch and helped with any questions. The room is clean, cozy, with a good bed and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The dinner was a pleasant surprise: the food was delicious, the portions were large, and the atmosphere was calm. A separate plus is a stall with fresh pastries right in front of the hotel, a great option for a quick snack or breakfast. I'll choose this place again next time. I recommend it!
