I chose an apartment in Batumi for a long time, I went around a lot of options. I learned about Summer 365 from videos on the Internet, then I came myself and asked to take it to the construction site. We went, showed everything, no one embellished anything — the pace is really good. Most of all, I was hooked by the concept: a closed courtyard without cars, greenery, parking, all the infrastructure inside. The area is quiet, tangerine gardens are all around, and the sea is close. The office was well received, I asked a lot of questions, they answered in detail and everything came together with what was promised in the videos and on the website. In the end, I bought it. I'm waiting for the keys, according to the project, the end of 2026.

We watched videos about this complex for a year and didn't believe that it was the same in person. Let's go check it out. We arrived, asked to be taken to the facility, and were taken without question. It's worth it, they're building, everything is like in the video, nothing is made up. I liked the courtyard without cars the most. We have a child, it's very important for us. Greenery, tangerines grow right next to it, quietly. The sea is nearby. We sat in the office for a long time. I'm a boring person, I've probably asked a hundred questions. They answered calmly, did not rush, did not sell. In general, they took it. The keys are promised at the end of 2026. We wait.
