The SUMMER 365 project made a very strong impression on me even at the stage of studying the presentation, and after a detailed review it became clear that this is indeed one of the most thoughtful business class residential complexes in Batumi. First of all, the scale and concept are impressive: the territory is almost 9700 m2, of which more than 1,200 m2 is a landscaped courtyard with landscaping, evergreens, an amphitheater, recreation areas, gazebos, a workshop, playgrounds and thoughtful small architectural forms. The courtyard looks like a full-fledged park for living, and not just a space between houses. I really liked the idea of the interior facade in the form of an "open book", which symbolizes the stories of the inhabitants — this is a rare case when architecture has its own philosophy. Separately, it is worth noting the infrastructure of the complex: • underground parking with convenient access • PlayHub and large public spaces • wellness areas • thoughtful landscaping for all seasons of the year (SPRING-SUMMER–AUTUMN concept) • high–quality building materials and engineering (Schneider Electric, Rotband, etc.) The location is also a great advantage — 480 meters from the sea, near the dynamically developing area of the New Boulevard, a planned road, proximity to mountains and urban infrastructure. The apartment layouts are very functional: from studios to 3+ bedrooms, with good logic of spaces and squares. It is clear that they were designed not "for the sale of meters", but for the comfort of life. From an investment point of view, the project looks particularly attractive: the presentation shows the dynamics of cost growth and high liquidity of business-class club housing in Batumi, which is confirmed by the market of recent years. And I would like to express my special thanks to Adele's sales manager. Very professional, attentive and honest approach to work. Adele explained in detail all the nuances of the project, helped to understand the plans, deadlines, prospects for price growth and answered all questions without haste and pressure. Thanks to this support, the choice is made much calmer and more confident. SUMMER 365 is not just a residential complex, but a thoughtful space for living, recreation and investment. It is rare to find projects where architecture, landscaping, infrastructure and commercial logic are so harmoniously combined. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quality property in Batumi.

I've seen SUMMER 365 ads everywhere — on Instagram, on YouTube, and even from friends a couple of times. I decided to go for a consultation, and I got to Tamara, who is very pleasant and competent. After the office, they offered to go to the construction site, and there I really had a "wow effect". It's clean, organized, and the pouring of the stove is just like according to the textbook. In the showroom, I looked at the facades, windows, and aluminum profile — to be honest, I had never seen such a level in Batumi before. Everything is smart, without too much pathos, and on a level. This complex is definitely worthy of stars for the project! That's why I'm giving you a star. The idea is very good, we liked it. The attitude towards customers is beyond reasonable, this is the first time we have encountered such employees and management. By the way, I couldn't get to the management)) actually, the edge of reason ends here. Managers have a "company policy" according to which they act and they frankly do not care about exceptional and controversial cases, they are not going to fight for customers because they invested well in advertising in a timely manner and know that they will sell anyway.
