I came several times out of urgent need, because the service station is the closest to home, but I don't seem to have any luck with them, I've never been satisfied. They did not solve the problem with what they came with, but they always found and advised them to "repair" something else (most often replace it with a new one and the price is higher than buying it yourself (I checked the price tags for the purchase)). The price tag on the table seems to be average, but they always overestimate the hours for work, which means the price (usually twice). Sometimes I was there myself, watching and waiting for the work to be done, so they start making a car, then they move on to another one, but yours is standing, and they count the time on departure. The collapse-convergence is also not impressive, I recently stopped by to do it (I thought they were working better, time is passing, people are changing) nothing like that, After setting up, the ABC started popping up and the steering wheel was skewed, I had to do it again. The ABC has disappeared, but the steering wheel remains, you will have to go to another service station to fix it. Everything would be fine if there was a result, but unfortunately there is none ... ;((

Good afternoon. I had to become a customer of this service station. There was a need to replace a really obvious and common part of the cooling system. Everything was going well until the moment of selecting and ordering spare parts. Several options have been proposed that are more expensive than their online counterparts. The right option for me had to wait almost a week, according to the manager, so I ordered it myself through a popular online store and received a spare part within a day. After learning that I would buy everything myself, the manager seemed to change her voice. Having bought everything necessary for repairs, I brought it and gave it to the manager in the evening. Repairs were scheduled for the next day. Half an hour after the spare parts were delivered, I was informed that I had bought the wrong thing, although many catalogs and forums were involved. As a result, in the evening from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., we called up several times and argued about the correctness of buying spare parts, eventually stopping at nothing, moving this issue to the next day. Of course, there were no arguments from the SRT, only their own arguments. Apparently, no one could even access the Internet for 10 minutes and see what was going on there. Not to mention removing and trivially comparing an old spare part with a new one. Although in fact, you only need to remove the air filter housing. In general, a lot of time was wasted. I decided not to wait for new information from the service station and arrived there myself in the morning. In 5 minutes, I showed you what to take off and where to look. Miraculously, according to them, the "wrong" spare part became suitable. At the same time, I did not hear a simple "thank you" or "sorry for misleading and wasting time." In the order of things, they just said that they would take the job and that's it. If I hadn't come, most likely this epic search for spare parts would have dragged on for another half a day. If there was such a problem with basic things, I'm afraid to imagine how they would have a more serious repair. The cost of work is overestimated by 40-50% from other stations, I checked this personally. There is no competence and knowledge in the field of car construction, otherwise there would not be such a problem with the search. The client doesn't care. Instead of looking at the surface damage faster and concluding that something was bought, they preferred a dispute. Although it was possible to open the first video on the Internet on the topic of such repairs and close the issue. Awful. Patience for clients, professional growth for employees.

I did a camber on a volvo s40. Fast, cheap, polite. BUT! There is no suspension and steering diagnostics! Beat the steering wheel, asked to pay attention to the rear c/ b front levers. They replied that the car was in good condition. There was less beating, but it turned out to be broken s/w and the ball of the right lever. You can apply if you are sure that the nodes are working properly.
