Today I used the services of the TopCraft car wash — the car wash was done at a good level. Overall, I was satisfied: the body was thoroughly washed, the interior was well vacuumed and cleaned with high quality. One of the wishes is that there are small stains on the glasses, but this is not critical and does not spoil the overall impression. I recommend it, especially to those who want to comprehensively clean the car — both outside and inside.

Осторожно, обман и навязывание услуг! Категорически не рекомендую этот автосервис. Здесь занимаются откровенным разводом на деньги: без согласования снимают исправные детали и заменяют их на новые, чтобы раздуть чек. Персонал общается по-хамски, на конструктивный диалог не идет и не может аргументировать необходимость проведенных работ. Пытались урегулировать вопрос с руководством, но директор просто самоустранился от проблемы и скрывается от клиентов. Полное отсутствие профессионализма, уважения и клиентского сервиса. Обходите это место стороной, если хотите сохранить деньги и нервы! Очень надеюсь, что администрация Фрунзенского района обратить внимание на это сто и будут приняты соответствующие меры!

Passat b6 2008 2.0 a spiral error appeared and the car went into emergency mode. The solution to this problem can be fixed in various ways, but the staff reasonably identified it the first time (the problem was in the pressure regulating valve of the injection pump), although I honestly doubted it. Thank you so much for resolving the issue.
