A good place for the price. Modestly, but they try to keep it clean and everything working. We stopped by for a 2-week shift. The rooms have water heaters and air conditioners, a microwave, a refrigerator. It is located in a gorge with no road, so many taxi drivers will not want to go there. There are no shops, restaurants, etc. on the territory of the base, but three meals a day with very good quality dishes and delicious food are organized in the dining room for residents. The beach is pebbly, there are sun beds. The territory is small, but very green and beautiful. There are sports grounds: basketball, volleyball, exercise equipment under a canopy (kettlebells, dumbbells, workout). There is a stable within walking distance. Beautiful places and gorges. The only negative is the green smelly bugs. They don't bite, but the smell is specific. If you need to reboot me without partying, then this is a great place. If by car, but you can go to Pitsunda (20-25 minutes)
