We stayed at this hotel on the recommendation of our relatives, who later hurried to leave there themselves. Thank you very much, dear ones! To say that we experienced a real shock is an understatement. I've never encountered such a level of service before. The hotel itself looks shabby, the furniture is old and worn out, and the kitchen... This is a separate song. Common, shabby, no normal dishes — if you find a plate, it's necessarily dirty. The garbage chute constantly exudes an unpleasant odor. During the rain, it turned out that there were no basic things like a blanket in the room. We had to look for them all over the area in order to offer them to the guests later. The Internet also leaves much to be desired — it catches only on the street, near the porch. The maid has to go to the bathroom with a bucket, because there is no separate place for the staff here. Linen is hung everywhere. The mattresses are right in the backyard, where the local cats freely enter, and then we sleep on them. The only advantage of the establishment is the proximity of the sea. The hostess of the hotel does not appear at all, she is only interested in collecting money from the guests. Apparently, cleanliness is alien to her... Summing up my impressions, I will say one thing: it is better to spend a vacation in a tent in the middle of the forest than to find yourself in such a place again. And all the bad reviews below are true. Collects money from people, but does not fulfill its obligations.

We have been vacationing at the Sophie Hotel since June 4, 2024. We are 2 families from Nizhny Novgorod. We were immediately checked in and escorted out. On the eve of the hostess contacted me and asked where we were going , how and what! It was nice to see her worry! The room has everything: air conditioning, TV, beds with very comfortable mattresses, toilet, shower, what else do you need? The cleaning was done every day, the linen was changed every other day! The maid is a polite, unobtrusive, very responsive and responsible woman! If you don 't ask , he will explain and tell you everything! Cozy rooms! Summer kitchen with everything you need, microwave, dishes, tables, benches, sit and enjoy! The territory is clean and cozy! There is a gazebo on the territory, sit relax, chat!The hosts are very reverent and attentive! Nearby pharmacies, Cafes, excursions... The sea is a 2-minute walk away, the beach is pebbly, the water is clean! I highly recommend this heavenly place to everyone! Nothing marred our vacation! Thank you very much to Sabina and her husband for their care and hospitality 🙏

From August 5 to August 15, 2024, we had a meeting of classmates at the Sophie Hotel. A beautiful, quiet, cozy place away from the roads and at the same time the sea is a 3-minute walk away. The sea is clean, the water is warm, just magical. The hotel itself is surrounded by greenery, the territory is large, there are many fruit trees, green grass underfoot instead of rustling pebbles. In the yard there is a barbecue, gazebo, benches, Parking for cars. The rooms are clean, there is everything you need to stay: a comfortable bed, bedside tables, a folding chair (or bed), a wardrobe, a refrigerator, a TV and air conditioning. Wet cleaning every other day. The maid Dilya lives on the territory of the hotel, a kind-hearted person, you can contact her with any question, she will always help. There is a shared kitchen, two electric stoves, a microwave, various kitchen utensils and dishes. The shared washing machine is free, you just need to buy your own washing powder. If there were any problems in the rooms, the hotel owner reacted quickly, came and solved all the issues. The owner of the hotel also arranged for us to take a luxury minibus with air conditioning and a pleasant, polite driver for excursions. And when we left, we organized a taxi for everyone. I want to thank Astamur and Sabina (the owners of the hotel) for a great stay!!! Everyone liked everything very much!!! If in Ldzaa, then only to you!!!
