We had a family vacation here from 13-25.07.25. We chose according to reviews and were not mistaken. The place is just wonderful. It consists of two rows of houses, each house is comfortably furnished, everything is clean and tidy. Each house has a swing and a veranda. Beautiful plants on the territory. Separate outdoor kitchen with everything you need, microwave, 4-burner stove, barbecue, 2 sinks, kettle. The cabins themselves have a refrigerator, a kettle, and a minimal set of dishes. The hotel is located in Pitsunda itself, but at the same time, it is quiet and peaceful in a closed area, like in a country house. We were surprised by the warm welcome of the hosts Mikhail and Sabina. Mikhail cooked pilaf for all the guests, it was very unexpected, they were treated to a delicious breakfast just like that) It's deeply enjoyable! They are amazing people. Cute cats and a charming dachshund named Jonah live on the territory)) The kids were always playing with them)) For those who like to train, there is a horizontal bar, dumbbells, mats. Along the beach. The nearest one is 5 minutes, the sea is open, but here the sea is often choppy. We often went to the beach in Pitsunda bay, about 30 minutes on foot through a pine grove, where the sea is calmer, the water is cleaner and the view of the mountains is amazing. The perfect place for a family vacation! We are incredibly lucky to spend our entire vacation in this wonderful place! We were a family of 4 (Konstantin, Irina, Gleb, Vladimir) people, and I can say with confidence that it was an ideal vacation. The territory is simply surrounded by greenery, everything is very well maintained and beautiful. There is absolutely everything for a relaxing holiday. There was a real expanse for our children: a tennis table, a cozy children's gazebo, where they enjoyed playing board games. And in the evenings, they played movies on the projector for them – it was so cool! For adults, too, everything is thought out to the smallest detail: two spacious, well-equipped kitchens with everything you need for cooking. And what a barbecue area there is! A barbecue, a cauldron, an oven, a 4–burner stove - everything is ready for culinary masterpieces outdoors. The sea is only a 7-minute walk away, even with children, it's not long at all. An even bigger advantage is the proximity to the Cypress Alley, cafes, restaurants and shops – everything is at hand. At the same time, despite all this infrastructure, it is very quiet and peaceful here, the noise of cars is not audible at all. This is really the perfect place to relax! Separately, I would like to say about the owners. They are incredibly warm-hearted, kind and hospitable people. Their warmth and care made our stay even more enjoyable. Separately, I would like to note how well every detail is thought out for the comfort of the guests. Even such small things as the availability of everything necessary for a barbecue, comfortable furniture on the territory, cleanliness and order in everything – all this creates an atmosphere of real home comfort. The owners really put their soul into this place, and it is felt in everything. Their sincere cordiality and willingness to help in any matter made our stay even more pleasant and carefree. Pitsunda itself is the pearl of Abkhazia. The purest sea, which really lives up to its reputation, and the air filled with the aromas of pines and cypresses are a real gift for health and soul. And when you have such a great place to stay, your vacation becomes truly ideal. We sincerely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a relaxing, comfortable and memorable vacation. There is everything here to forget about everyday worries and fully immerse yourself in the atmosphere of relaxation and enjoyment. We were absolutely delighted! We returned from vacation from Pitsunda (Slavica) today. We had a family vacation with children from 08/31 to 08/09. I would like to thank Sabina and her daughters. They are very responsive and kind, sincere and bright people. We stopped by late at night (at one o'clock). Sabina met me and made tea. I will not list the advantages of houses and territories, everything is very well described and described in the reviews above. The sea is nearby, shops, canteens are nearby too. The nature is beautiful, the place is quiet, the owners are very nice people. An animal- kittens and two dogs - is a separate love for children and adults. The sea on the beach is really stormy sometimes, but you can go to the central beach, it's always calm there, but there are a lot more people. I definitely recommend it.
