Separately, it is worth noting that both times I applied on Sunday, which usually complicates the resolution of such issues. However, both problems were resolved on the same day. It was complicated by the fact that it was Sunday. First of all, they politely answered me on the phone and, having entered my position, wrote it down day by day. Secondly, Mikhail, a polite and positive receptionist, met us at the reception. Within 10 minutes, all the documents were completed (application form, acceptance certificate, etc.). While I was flipping through the magazines (by the way, the magazines should be updated) and drinking coffee, Mikhail checked the availability of the necessary spare parts from the supplier and when he confirmed that everything was ok, I calmly went home to wait for a call about the readiness of the car. I arrived a little earlier than the scheduled time and realized that something had gone wrong.… To be honest, it went wrong when I bought this "beautiful" Geely car... and the supplier just messed up the belt and it turns out he substituted the service station. The time was already closer to 19:00 (Sunday) and the guys, of course, tried to postpone the repair to the next morning (let's be honest - who wants to mess with this trough at the end of the working day and I understand that). I explained that it was very important for me to leave today and... I was pleasantly surprised that the guys got into my position, and not only Mikhail, but also the remzon masters (Pavel and the team). Mikhail reached out to the supplier, went to him himself (I remind you Sunday at 19:00) and brought the necessary belt. The remzon craftsmen were delayed, but they finished repairing my miracle car. So I read the previous reviews and I think, PEOPLE, HAVE YOU NEVER MESSED UP YOURSELF? Why are you nagging? Everyone makes mistakes, the main thing is customer orientation and the ability to solve emerging issues ... but at the Service Point, everything is in order! Good luck in your difficult business! Don't lose your loyal and valuable employees (I'm already talking to the management). For every negative review, there are 10 positive ones, it's just that most people are too lazy to write it, but if something is wrong, then the bile has already started to flow.… I will recommend this service to my friends and acquaintances!

When the air conditioner stopped cooling the next day, they said, "Don't come, we won't help you." At another service station, two leaks in the radiator and a severe leak at the entrance of the pipes to the cabin were detected during diagnostics. Moreover, it is both visible (smudges on the gasket) and audible (hisses when the air conditioner is turned on). I do not recommend contacting here - super indifferent attitude to customers.

A disgusting car service, whose task is not to repair the car and identify malfunctions, but to extort money to replace all car parts, The story is as follows: I asked for diagnostics of the car's braking system and the need to tighten the handbrake, as a result, during the diagnosis they reported that everything was fine with the brakes, but it was necessary to change the suspension elements in the car. Due to the fact that everything is fine with the brakes, but there was a need to go through THAT, I decided to make a car. As always happens in such car services, they called one price and said that the car would be ready by the evening, but in the evening they dialed and said that the car was not ready and they would have time to do it by the next morning, the next morning they dialed again and said that they did not have time and the car would be ready by the evening and as you already understood by the evening, the car was not ready, they said their favorite "everything will be ready in the morning," but in the morning it was not ready, and it was done only in the evening. The result is 3 days of work for a total cost of 1000 rubles (as it turned out, the prices for parts were greatly increased and the car service had very expensive work). Then, after picking up the car, I went to the place where the brakes failed (although the car service reported that everything was fine with the brakes and there were no malfunctions). When I arrived, I told them again that everything was not as good with the brakes as they said, since I was not going through, they took the car for another brake system diagnosis.Half a day later, they called and said that it was necessary to change all the elements of the drum brakes and all the work would cost only 1,000 rubles. Since this was very alarming, the car service first reported that there were no problems with the brakes, and then everything needed to be repaired. After arriving, picking up the car and taking it to another service station, it was installed:The brake disc fasteners are broken, and the parking brake is incorrectly adjusted. The most interesting thing is that there is no need to replace the entire rear brake system (drum brakes), but only the cylinder needs to be replaced. I do not advise contacting here with any problem in the car, since the task of this car service is to come up with problems in the car and put up a price tag for the work. It's better to look for others and contact another car service.

They brought them a car (it wouldn't start, they drove it on a tow truck), asked them to change the injectors and look at the candles, after a while they called and said that the injectors hadn't been changed, but they repaired them and changed the candles, it seemed to start, but they needed to look at the electrics again, as a result, the car stood for a week, they called once a week, which they still needed buying injectors of the old type does not work, prices were not agreed upon, the amount was set at 1050 rubles, but the car still would not start and would not start, they say drive to their electrician on a tow truck, of course we drove to another service because the 1050 was returned and there was zero sense. In another service, we were supplied with our old injectors because the new ones that we bought did not fit our car and replaced the candles and, lo and behold, the car works. What this service was doing is not clear, it feels like the car just stood with them, in order to somehow account for the amount they took, they said that they cleaned some kind of terminals there, the throttle valve, in short, a divorce for money. I don't recommend it.

The first time I applied here was to change the oil and filters in the engine . Two days later, I accidentally noticed a puddle under the car. I look at the dipstick- the level is gone. And I'm 250 kilometers away from Minsk. I found a hole and looked - there was a leak from the oil drain plug . I refilled the oil and came to them, and they said, well, I'm sorry, they probably screwed the plug badly.))))) The second time, it was necessary to change the quick seal on the fuel pump in the tank, as the same ones damaged it when removing it . As a result, they changed it, and the next day I see it leaking again. I went to another place, they took it off, and they say that the rubber band was damaged during the installation of the quick release. A second appeal and another jamb. I do not know what they can do at this stage well. Inflate the wheels only ) And yes, they certainly refused to refund the money for the replacement of the defective quick-release replacement. Avoid this service, for your own good.

The level of locksmiths and craftsmen leaves much to be desired ( although the guys are moving away from the opposite ) . About warranty obligations, quality control, repair time frames - all this is also past this "service". The moral of this fable is that they couldn't make the car 4 times, and later the guys skillfully drove off the course and said that they say we didn't touch it, we didn't twist it. We coordinated the repair for a couple of days, in terms of what we will do and the cost of the parts. They recorded it for a certain time. I drove the car for repair, after 3 hours they recruited, for approval, at the beginning of some parts and after that others, because they do not work with these spare parts, the master quit. I.e., for the agreed work and the cost had to be added another 30%. The result: there was no repair, the diagnosis was completed, the car was taken away. I made the recording in almost 2 weeks, the spare parts were re-selected already when the car was at the service station, while the meaning of the recording is not clear to me, and also why coordinate the cost of repairs and spare parts for earlier?
