It was in early February of the 26th year The hotel is fresh, the rooms have ironing facilities, an iron, a good hairdryer, hygiene products - shampoo, gel soap, dental kit. There are no bathrobes/slippers, take them with you. The cleaning is superficial, the towels were changed 2 times in 11 days, the linen was not changed, there is no point in asking) But almost every day after cleaning, there was an interesting sculpture made of a blanket, it's cute. I had a room on the 6th floor, a view of the road, and an entrance from the building. I think I was lucky, because it was cold for 2-3 days and the rooms with sea views were blown through, because the entrance to them was from the street There is an air conditioner, it only works in the cold, there was a blanket in the room, thanks to it and pants /jacket I was saved before the weather cleared. Food: This is not a Turkish game, so you shouldn't count on a lot of variety, there is a choice, but every day is the same. The quality of the food is normal, there will be no gastronomic delights, but you can find something to eat. Pasta, eggs, pancakes, chicken, fish + buffet are prepared. The fruits were pineapple, carambola, guava. The restaurants in Alaska serve the same dishes as in the dining room, but in beautiful dishes, it's nice Snack bar - delicious burgers Coffee: delicious coffee in the lobby, when it is prepared by male bartenders, the ladies get tasteless for some reason Beach: the beach was not cleaned, it was impossible to swim for a couple of days because of the boats, when they opened the opportunity to swim it was great, even with an uncleaned beach - the ocean is magnificent, like a feather bed, transparent as a tear, in general- love ♥️ Swimming pools: there are always sun beds, few people swim, because the pool is not artificially heated Contingent: a lot of our guys, a lot of Canadians, there were some Chinese In general, everything was decent, no one was particularly violent, everyone was relaxing, enjoying the warm days. Animation: every evening we tried to arrange some kind of performance, then a magic show, then songs, the guys are trying But in general, I recommend not going to Cuba for a hotel, be sure to go on excursions (I don't recommend THAT, there are private groups with cool excursions and Russian-speaking guides - I took it from Sergio- guide Maria in a heart🫶), cities, drink rum, dance and enjoy adventures. We stayed at this hotel, the room had a corner balcony with a sea view, the rooms were clean and fresh, all the necessary accessories were available.The huge territory is well maintained, clean, lots of greenery, wonderful helpful staff. The impressions were extremely positive, so delicious to eat and drink, we have not eaten or drunk for a long time . Cocktails are great, alcohol is not refreshing. The variety of cocktails is impressive. The food was varied, hearty and delicious, and there were fruits too. The beach is sandy and clean, there are rare stones, but not critical. I would like to say separately about the three cities tours + The Caribbean Sea and the moronic crocodile farm , don't waste your money and time , galloping through cities trying in every possible way to shove you into restaurants or shops to buy cigars, the Caribbean Sea is an impenetrable jungle of channels with a narrow entrance to the water where everyone is trying to climb and not be left without legs , then of course you will be taken to a bar to friends will be fed like a canteen , there is not enough time for Trinidad anymore because everyone is being taken at the beginning to stare at a stupid crocodile farm . Where all the onlookers are goggling at lazy crocodiles trying to take pictures of them in a muddy puddle behind a mesh fence . Then, of course, these cute kids will be gutted and you will be offered a barbecue, while eating which some compatriot will simultaneously get drunk on cheap Rum bought right next to a public toilet with his hands, and will stink all over the bus, a pitiful sight

I really liked the hotel. Compared to other hotels in Cuba, it looks modern. The rooms and furniture are new. The service culture is 4-star. The maids do not change shampoos and lotions. During the 17 days of our stay at the hotel, we were given only 2 sets of shampoo and soap, which is very little for such a period. The staff is friendly, friendly, and for a $1 tip they are ready to worship you. The amount and variety of decent food (compared to 3* and 4* in Cuba) The beach is 5 out of 10, but this issue is solved by the neighboring beach, which is much better and you can safely go there, since all beaches in Cuba are public with free access, go there 200 meters to the left
