I visited the salon for a complimentary haircut, but upon arrival, the experts recommended a hydrating treatment or mask—I don't even remember the name. I arrived with some trepidation, not because of the salon, but because my hair is unusual; it's curly and long, so it was quite a challenge. They professionally washed my hair, which required about an hour of treatment, and then cut it. I wanted to show off my long hair but with some shape, to change my style, because my hair doesn't allow for many different hairstyles. Since I'm a Spanish speaker, I communicated with the staff in English, and they offered me a hot coffee and a chocolate. In addition to their kindness and professionalism, the products were also very high quality and had a delicious fragrance. I left feeling about 10 years younger because it gave my hair more life, shine, and beauty. I highly recommend it. By the way, you get a 15% discount on your first visit. My treatment cost around 1,200 Rubles; the haircut was already paid for.

A friend recommended this salon to me. They have a fairly niche speciality, geared toward English speakers, and it works! The staff is professional, skillful, and precise, and overall, the service and hospitality are excellent. I'll definitely come back.
