One of the best salon experiences I’ve had — anywhere in the world! I recently visited Expat Salon Moscow for a hair perm, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. The atmosphere is clean, calm, and inviting — and the staff immediately put me at ease. For someone living abroad or even just visiting Moscow, it can be nerve-wracking to trust a new salon, but Expat Salon completely exceeded my expectations in every way. I was lucky to have Victoria as my stylist, and she was absolutely fantastic. I came in with a specific idea in mind for soft, natural-looking waves, and what I walked out with was even better. The results were absolutely stunning — my hair looks healthy, bouncy, and full of texture and life. It’s exactly the kind of transformation I was hoping for, and then some. Victoria took the time to understand my vision, explained the entire perm process in clear detail, and made sure I was comfortable and confident at every step. What really sets this salon apart, though, is the team. Everyone I interacted with — from reception to stylist — was not only kind and attentive but also incredibly skilled. You can tell that they care deeply about the quality of their work and about their clients’ comfort and satisfaction. They’re also fluent in English, which made communication seamless and stress-free. This was more than just a haircut or treatment — it was an experience that left me feeling truly refreshed and confident.
