We just returned from a vacation in Alakhadzy, but we already miss him. Thanks to Naira for everything! For hospitality, kindness, responsiveness and goodies! It was very comfortable and emotional! Now about the house. Me, my husband and three children lived on the ground floor. The photos on the site are a little outdated. The house is better and bigger than it seems, there is a little more furniture, which made it more comfortable. Plus, there are two more slippers in the photo in the entrance room, very comfortable. The windows are huge, the curtains are thick (they do not let in light), the air conditioners are working, the stove is gas. The linen and dishes are good. There is enough space in the yard for a child to run and sit apart. But the most important thing is that the house stands slightly away from the main Shahumyan, which is a huge plus. Less dust and noise from cars, fewer people, less noise from cafes, but at the same time the daily fireworks from the beach are perfectly visible from the courtyard, 2 minutes to the beach, shops from 1 to 5 minutes, depending on where you want, the bus stop is 1 minute (at the same time it is initial, there is a chance to sit down, not to cram). In general, for me, there were only one advantages and positive emotions from living in this house.
