Great hotel!!! Towels were changed every 3 days. We did a wet cleaning and changed the bed linen. There is no deception, everything in the room is the same as in the pictures. There are washing machines and an ironing board with an iron on the ground floor. We were out of season, the price is good. There is a bus and minibus stop nearby. There are "bambils", but the price is bent so that it is better to wait for the bus. It was cool at night, we were provided with a heater. The hosts are very friendly, thank you for the shelter.We stayed at the hotel for a long time, we lived for 10 days.

Great hotel!!! The owner, Shamil, is polite and responsive, and has tried to create everything for the convenience and comfort of vacationers. Everything is new in the hotel, good quality repairs, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, plus good quality furniture, TV with Internet, blackout curtains, etc. We were the first to move into the new building after its construction, and a very tasty present in the form of a bottle of good cognac, given by Shamil on this occasion, helped brighten up the evenings while watching movies). There is Wi-fi with very good Internet speed without freezes, the whole family (4 people) watched movies, each on their own device - no problem. We also managed to stay in the old building for one week, and I can say that it is almost as good as the new building in terms of repairs. The hotel is conveniently located next to the bus stop, you can take a bus to Pitsunda, Gagra, etc. There is a cafe near the hotel where you can have an inexpensive meal. The sea is not very far away- 5 minutes at a steady pace. I definitely recommend the hotel!!!

Lived in early September 2025. The hotel is magnificent! I am very glad of our choice! The feeling of being at home is so calm and cozy. Many thanks to the host Shamil and his team for their responsiveness, kindness and caring for the guests. The room is clean, modern renovation. A washing machine is freely available 24/7, an ironing board. The hotel has a barbecue, tables under umbrellas, Parking. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, you can go for a walk in Pitsunda. We were in our own car, and it's a 10-minute drive to Pitsunda. We took a room without a kitchen. And that's okay. There are three cafes near the hotel for every taste and budget. There are grocery stores. The beach is pebbly, 7 minutes to the beach at a quiet pace. There are fruit tents on the way. Palm trees, pine trees, the air is magnificent. Thanks a lot again!
