We've been staying at Rumi Hotel every time we visit Bukhara for the past 3 years — it's become our go-to place with friends. What I personally love most is the comfort and the incredibly kind and welcoming staff. This year, we stayed here again — and just like always, everything was amazing. The rooms are clean and cozy, the staff is super friendly, the sofa is comfortable for sleeping, and the breakfast is absolutely delicious. Everything is neat and spotless. The location is also convenient. I definitely recommend Rumi Hotel to anyone visiting Bukhara!

Not recommend. it will charge you addition tax out of the price shown on booking(tax include). and the position is not right on the map so that hard to find it.

They stole my clothes. It pains me to leave one star because the place is clean and the staff very nice, at least in appearance. I paid them to wash my laundry and the next day I found my laundry cleaned and folded on a table. However once I was gone from Bukhara I realized that two jeans were missing. I called them and they told me the jeans were still drying on the cloth line. It seemed like an honest mistake so I had no problem with it, and they asked for my address to send the jeans back to me. I sent them the address and after that they completely ghosted me, ignored my calls and messages and I never got my clothes back. They also canceled my booking on Booking.com (after I stayed and paid in cash) so I couldn't leave a review there. Honestly this sounds so silly because what will they even do with my used jeans? This is just ridiculous.
