A great hotel, by all accounts! We stayed at the hotel for a week and were absolutely delighted! The room is cozy with a modern design and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Cleaning was carried out daily, towels and bed linen were always fresh. I was especially pleased with the restaurant: a buffet with a varied and delicious menu, the staff worked smoothly and politely, always ready to help with any questions. The territory of the hotel is very large and well maintained, with a beautiful swimming pool and a green recreation area. I would also like to mention the convenient location — the city center can be reached in a matter of minutes. In general, the rest turned out to be unforgettable due to the excellent service and hospitality. We will definitely come back again!

We were at the hotel together, in August. Despite the fact that the hotel was not fully filled, there were very few people at all – for some, this is a "plus", instead of the paid SUPERIOR STANDARD room, we were settled in some tiny room, obviously not 36 m2, but half as small (as we later realized - it's a double room only one room in it was closed and instead of the whole room we were given only a room in a double room - a bedroom). The lights turned on automatically, and then only in the hanger area, triggered by the appearance of a person and burned for a short time, they did not even have time to choose clothes, in the evening it was just discouraging, they used flashlights from phones. There was no declared table and chair at all, instead of a balcony there was an outdoor window sill with a narrow strip of floor, which would not fit to hang bathing suits to dry. We stretched a rope we had brought with us from home, and somehow we dried things with clothespins. There was only one small bedside table for two adults, and I used my suitcase instead of a bedside table to put at least small things on it, a mobile phone and a charger. I have never lived in such a cramped room in Turkey, even in a 4-star hotel the rooms were many times larger. We chose this hotel not based on reviews, but on the availability of a large number of available places. Since the vacation turned out unexpectedly, it was necessary to buy a tour in the very season three days before departure, and everything that we selected for ourselves in advance was already in stock or with a long confirmation period. I had to choose this hotel, even despite its significantly inflated price, we wanted to go for 10 nights, but at this price it turned out to be only 8. The electronic room key was demagnetized twice for 8 nights, we went to the reception and changed it, and no one there spoke either Russian or, sometimes, in English, only in Turkish, employees often had to wait and explain themselves with the help of an interpreter on the phone. The Internet in the hotel turned out to be very weak – every time you had to re-enter your username and password, you would pass through the elevator and it would already disappear, authorization again. We received an incoming call via Wi-Fi several times, but it disappeared during the conversation and the mobile operator charged us a considerable roaming bill. Near the sea, the Internet did not catch the word at all. The sea was beautiful, clear and transparent, the water was warm, like fresh milk. The pier is large, with several convenient stairs to enter the sea on both sides, a diving area, sun beds and umbrellas, there were plenty of sun beds, there were few people at all, there is a shower. After lunch, the waves were rising and it was already more difficult to swim. The food in the main restaurant is exquisite, especially at dinners: everything is gorgeous, shrimp, meat, fish, delicacies, theme nights, a diet buffet – everything was there, the waiters politely served, brought drinks. The evening animations in the amphitheater were beyond praise: every evening, invited professional artists performed on stage with dance shows, we were delighted and watched with great interest. Almost the entire territory of the hotel is filled with a swimming pool, you walk along the bridges, there is a lot of greenery, palm trees grow - everything is very beautiful. The Ferris Wheel carousel did not work even once, which was frustrating, the slides were turned on at certain hours, there were a lot of children there, and they liked it. There was always a cozy atmosphere with air conditioning in the Lobby bar, as well as a wide range of drinks and high-quality cocktails, the waiters were polite, they always offered chips and nuts. One wing of the Lobby bar was open during the day, the other in the evening and even at night, you could go out on the terrace, read, enjoying nature, the evening beauty of the surroundings, the sounds of the fountain and the sound of the sea. The hotel is located near the airport, the transfer is tireless, once we went to Antalya to the Antalya Mall Shopping Center, and once we went outside the hotel only to the pharmacy – it's very hot in August. Our impressions of this hotel are twofold: the young man liked everything very much, he gives five stars, but I was confused by the room provided to us, which did not match the paid one, and the quality of the Internet, I give three stars, as a result, the overall honest rating from the two of us turned out to be 4. The rest was still a success! Thanks!
