We had a rest from May 16 to May 21 at this hotel with my husband and daughter of 13 years. They greeted us very kindly at the reception, they settled us right away, the view from the room was certainly not very good, but everything worked, there was plenty of hot water) We never pay attention to any chips and the like when traveling. The room is family friendly and spacious. The Internet was working well. What we're really excited about is the sweets, how delicious they are! Otherwise, the only thing missing was fish. The rest is all good, you won't stay hungry. I even loved the turkey, they cook it very tasty. Tender veal, chicken in any form. Very tasty and different ice cream, delicious snacks on the beach, pizza is generally a fire. I liked the waiters, the girls are running around cleaning every napkin. Hello to the bartenders, guys! They're trying! The cocktails are super! Even my daughter got different non-alcoholic drinks: mojitos, pinacolades, copyright! We are grateful people who have tipped in a cup from time to time) There weren't long queues for hot food, but it's not critical, the guys cook quickly. I liked the Turkish night with white tablecloths and pyrotechnics - we danced heartily. The beach is good, there were always free sun beds, I really liked the pontoon - we dived with pleasure! The animation is unobtrusive, but we are active guys who played all the moves - boccia, volleyball, tennis rackets, basketball. It's a bit rotten in my opinion in the evening. There were interesting shows a couple of times and you should immediately do a disco / dancing at 22:00 according to your mind, until everyone dispersed. And after 23:00, no one lives to see it, not even us)) I took off one star for that. Overall, we have very good impressions after this hotel.

We are currently relaxing at the hotel, it was cool in early May and there were few people, I thought that because of this the hotel was not working at full capacity, there was almost no animation, there was no mini disco for children with some unpopular songs, there were no evening shows, only ridiculous contests and karaoke, there was little food, there was no variety of the side dishes, only pasta, rice and French fries, baked tomatoes with cheese I saw only once for breakfast, there was no more mashed potatoes, no diet table either. Grilled meat for dinner is just chicken, different every day and not always successful. Breakfast is also meager, there are pancakes, but sometimes they are replaced with fried dough in butter, fried eggs with a broken yolk, no one cooks any omelets with additives, there are no waffles, breakfast is announced before 10:30, but in fact at 9:50 everything is already taken away, only bread and some cheese remain. The mini-bar in the room is not replenished at all, there is no kettle - such a concept. We arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m., and we couldn't eat anywhere, they didn't even make us tea, everything was closed. However, now that the hotel is almost full, it has not gotten better, but only worse. Breakfast also ends abruptly at 9:50 a.m. The staff can't handle so many guests, the coffee in the vending machine has become very diluted, it's just water with milk and a coffee tint, the queues at the only bar in the entire hotel (I don't count the beach) are huge, one person works, for some reason everyone else doesn't help him. On the beach, at lunchtime, food is almost torn out of the mouth of those who took it to the chaise longue. You only have to eat in their tiny restaurant, otherwise aw aw aw. The sea became muddy due to construction work nearby, and the Internet began to work worse. Russian Russian channels don't work, all of them do, but it's the Russians who have a black screen, I don't really need a TV, I don't even watch it at home, but I'm just wondering why this is so? From the first day I tried to convince myself that the hotel was not bad, there was a sea, there was a pool, but there was also one, and even with slides, the territory was well maintained, the food was at least there, and even tasty, I was waiting for improvements, but it didn't work out. The animation is just as sluggish, there is no show, and there is just as little food. I do not advise you to go here, only if you really want to save money, which is also doubtful, the price is not so small, but it is better to pay extra and choose something else. Two stars just for the fact that the rooms are decent and the area is pleasant. Otherwise, there would be one. The hotel has every chance to be great, but the organization ruins everything. I'm not fussy about food at all, I don't need frills, but I've never seen such stinginess. Mournful music plays by the pool all day and in the evening, and the hotel is terribly boring both in the afternoon and in the evening. But at night, some kind of disco screams until one o'clock, I don't even know for whom, 90% of vacationers are either pensioners or families with young children. There are no lights in the changing rooms, and the showers on the beach and by the pool are not working. This hotel is very far from reaching a 5-star hotel.
