I recently came back from vacation. Excellent staff: friendly, helpful, speak good Russian. I recommend visiting the Hammam and getting a massage course in the first few days. Ruslan will select the most convenient program for you to visit the Spa center. Excellent animation for children and an evening program for adults. The food is delicious, lots of vegetables, fruits and sweets. Magnificent mountains are everywhere. I went to the sea to the central beach and to the wild beach (to the left of the hotel). There are many shops where they serve sweets, tea and coffee. There is a pharmacy nearby where you can buy vitamins at home. I went on an excursion to Kash, took a tour near the hotel.

The hotel is not bad, it has the potential for food and animation, we recommend it for an economical stay. Guests from different countries, animation in 3 languages for both children and adults. The performances of both singers and dancers were interesting. The beach is 3-5min away. The food is constant, tortillas between breakfast and lunch, after lunch they are again, at 16 ice cream and cookies, cakes. It tastes different, but you can choose something for yourself. There are some ill-thought-out moments. This is a distribution line, very compact, which creates pandemonium. I think they need to redevelop it so that they can approach it from both sides. If you come back later to skip the pandemonium, you risk being left without any dishes, there is little left by the end. Some of the dishes are in 1 copy. They try to clean the tables in the dining room. The renovation is no longer fresh, it is very noticeable upon arrival, at first it was a terrible impression. The entrance to the hotel and reception are battered... It looks gloomy))) but the great thing is habit) then I don't care anymore. The rooms are also old and poorly cleaned, even for tips. Hair and dust in all corners (( in general, cleaning is lame... When you get used to cleanliness, it really hurts the eye. Well, the view of the mountains is beautiful, but! From our balcony there was a view of a nearby abandoned lot with a mountain of junk, it's sad)) in general, 50-50, there are disadvantages, there are also advantages. The beaches in this village have huge boulders in the water itself at the entrance to the sea. At first I didn't believe that I had to take my sneakers with me, but then I realized that without them it was tin. In strong waves, it's probably dangerous to go there at all, you can get hurt by these stones underwater. There is a pharmacy, shops, and tour sales near the hotel. There is no boardwalk. We won't go to this village anymore) but we had a good rest, thanks to the animators and chefs)
