A fabulous place! Good-natured atmosphere, helpful staff always welcomes you with a smile. We had a great rest in the cozy and comfortable rooms. A delicious varied breakfast was waiting for us in the morning! Staying at the hotel left only pleasant impressions.

The expectation and reality just didn't pay off. After yachting, we celebrated a birthday with the girls at this institution. They ruined the mood, the impression, and the celebration. 1. When asked to put flowers in a vase while we are sailing, the answer is "we work from two." What??? We asked you to just put the flowers in a vase!!! Why wait for the opening? 2. When asked to put the cake in the refrigerator, we were told "it is forbidden." We didn't ask for food. Just keep it in a cool place while we're with you, like a human being, so it doesn't spoil (it was a birthday girl's gift). Bottom line: they didn't put it in any shape, they just put it on the window. Thank you, like a human being. 3. To clarify the waiter's question, "I also ordered sweet potatoes for this dish," the answer is, "it's not for me." Excuse me? And which one? What are you here for? For taking out dishes with a disgruntled face? 4. During the evening, we ordered more dishes and drinks (coffee, lemonades). At some point, the waiter said, "maybe you'll decide right away instead of constantly tugging." 5. The dishes were cold. Pasta and fish - I would never take it again. 6. When asked to bring flowers to the table. They brought it for 1 hour, with a reminder. 7. The waiter's face and facial expressions read literally "leave me alone, don't touch me." 8. Cold was served with hot (both salad and hot). Without specifying what is the best way Honestly, the place is beautiful. But the service, the staff, and the quality of the dishes were just completely disappointing. And they left a terrible aftertaste of the holiday. I definitely do not recommend celebrating your event at this institution. There are many beautiful places in Minsk that I would choose instead.
