По-моему, единственное заведение у которого даже на меню стоит значок «slow food” (блюда отдают медленно). Все вкусно. Обслуживание тоже хорошо. Цены выше среднего. Заведение распиарено через всяких фуд - блогеров.

Perfect. I have had a small business at Minsk, and I knew before arrival that I would visit Kuhmistr because I had had been there before. My expectations were completely fulfilled. So if you want tasty local kitchen in authentic atmosphere - you must come here.
