Overall, a good hotel. We were in Yerevan for New Year's celebrations. Due to the weather, the return flight was postponed from the evening to the morning and we had to urgently look for a place to stay for the night. A couple of hotels near the airport were twice as expensive. I found this hotel on a booking, liked the price, it was quite budget friendly, but I saw that there were a lot of negative reviews about checking in from the booking, so I tried to contact the hotel at first. I called and wrote on WhatsApp, there was no response, an hour later they called me back, confirmed the price and availability of the room. Positive: There is a parking lot The price is low-cost and good The rooms are tiny, but neat. A very nice young man at the reception Cons: Check-in without a contract Only one of the two asked for a passport. (maybe this is normal for Armenia, I'm used to signing contracts) The windows looked out onto some kind of parking lot and woke up several times at night to the noise of cars and voices ( ground floor ) Result: The price-quality ratio is excellent! If you need to urgently find a room for one or two nights, it's a great option. If you are limited in resources, then this is also a great option. But if you come to Yerevan for a tourist purpose, then you should look for a more comfortable hotel with larger rooms and good double-glazed windows.

The hotel justifies all three stars, neither add nor subtract, the rooms are modest but clean. Daily cleaning and updating of bath accessories, there is some Wi-Fi, geographically a very advantageous location for tourists. The staff deserves special praise, and in particular a huge bearded man of the kindest soul, a man who sincerely cares about your comfort.
