As well as fillets under potatoes with mushrooms. But what happens then? The potato nest should be made of potatoes, not half-baked dough with pieces of rare potatoes. Awful. Does your chef try what he does? Second.. The fillet with tomatoes and cheese was excellent until the cheese was changed to some kind of mass. Then you started making fillets with potatoes and mushrooms. The first time was very tasty. Then it was just a brown peppered semi-cardboard mass on a fillet. Disgusting. I ask the employee responsible for product quality to do his job.
