I leave an extremely negative review about the company "Prostopy". I ordered individual insoles from them, hoping for a professional approach and real help. As a result, I got the opposite effect: in two months of use, my leg had already swollen twice, pain appeared when walking, and it became simply impossible to wear insoles. I still couldn't get used to them — it feels like they only make the problem worse. When I filed a complaint, I was offered to come for a second checkup with an orthopedist. But I live in Uralsk, not Almaty, and traveling to another city for this is an additional expense and time that no one compensates for. In fact, help is available only to those who are nearby, and for other clients it is a dead end. I offered a reasonable solution: to return the money, I was ready to return the insoles themselves. In response, I received a formal reply that the products are individual and cannot be returned according to the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. At the same time, they completely ignored the fact that the product causes pain and does not fulfill its function. I consider this approach to be unfair. There is no customer orientation: the company does not offer a real solution to the problem, but simply shifts responsibility to the client, especially if he is from another city. I do not recommend contacting "Just People", especially if you are not from Almaty.

My legs are a sore subject, after all the years of suffering from ingrown toenails, from ineffectual care by surgeons in state clinics, and it would seem there is no hope, a neglected case, but Dinara performed a miracle. Yes, she honestly said that she did not guarantee the result, but you can try, and I took the risk, trusted her, and for good reason. After a wonderful reception by a podologist (I wrote earlier and rated it 5 stars), I was sent to make insoles. The first production came out with a defect- I asked to redo it, I received 3 copies- but also all with a defect in the same place - namely, the thumb, which will rub and unpleasantly dig into the skin.The administrator tried to assure that everything was fine, but she did not answer the question if she would like such a quality for the same money. In general, it feels like everyone is being bred to these insoles, for the quality of which no one wants to be responsible. Therefore, today the score is 1.
