We had a vacation in September 2025. I really liked the following: 1) Delicious fresh food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can lick your fingers. And big enough to eat. 2) the location is close to the sea, 5 minutes walk. Nearby, of course, there is an abandoned unfinished building and a ravine with stagnant blooming water, which slightly spoils the impression of the location. You have to go to the sights, so if you want to be closer to an active life, then choose Gagra. It's a peaceful, quiet place here. We took several excursions, and they picked us up right at the hotel. 3) the attitude of the staff was friendly, they met us on the first day and gave us a bottle of cold lemonade, but we were so thirsty after the flight. They helped us organize a small wedding anniversary greeting. 4) Daily room cleaning. 5) the sea is clean, but sun beds are paid and people are constantly riding jet skis and tablets on the sea, which prevents vacationers from swimming. What can be improved: 1) very loud music at the evening disco from 9 to 11. We were very tired on the first day and wanted to sleep, but we didn't bring earplugs, and as a result, we couldn't sleep. When there's a disco downstairs, you can hear it in all the rooms, even the earplugs you bought later didn't really help. It would be great if there would be music until 9-10, as vacationers travel with children. 2) Wi-Fi is weak. You can't download documents or movies, at most you can chat in messengers. 3) a special feature in Abkhazia is that at 9 p.m. almost every day the lights are turned off for 5 minutes, but there's nothing you can do about it. 4) there is a mirror by the door in the room, in which you can see from the outside what is happening inside, since the curtains do not cover the window tightly. Hang it further away, and I would like the curtains to be more dense.

We stayed at the hotel from July 18 to July 31, 2025. We booked 2 double rooms, located on the ground floor, nearby. Upon arrival, all our requests were fulfilled. The hotel is very clean, daily cleaning, change of bed linen and towels on schedule, always friendly and with a smile (thanks to Rada). Administrator Katya is wonderful, any questions were solved in a matter of minutes, always kind, smiling, cheerful. The owner of the hotel is very sociable and friendly, it was nice to meet you. Thank you so much for the wonderful pool, really good purification and circulation system, always clear and blue water. In the evening, with a backlight, this is a separate song. The children did not get out of it, our son learned to swim thanks to the pool. Special thanks to the chefs Aigush and Londe, the food was sooo delicious and varied. There was no question of any rotavirus. Everything is satisfying, delicious and beautiful. The sea is really a 5-minute walk away, along the way there are cafes and shops. We had a wonderful rest, very friendly and homely. In the evenings we watched movies on the big screen on the street or danced under the illumination. Everyone had something to do. I hope to see you again)

We were here from 06/07/2025 to 06/12/2025. There wasn't a single day when we regretted choosing this place. The service is excellent, the rooms are cleaned daily, breakfast, lunch and dinner are served at the tables, always politely and courteously. Any requests are fulfilled by the staff as soon as possible. They serve ordinary homemade food, but there is a lot, varied and delicious, if desired, you can buy drinks at the counter. The hotel is fresh, the rooms are clean, the air conditioning is working - it saves a lot in the heat. There is a swimming pool on site, but most often it is in great demand among children. The sea is literally a 5-minute walk away, there are shops and cafes within walking distance, Sukhumi highway is also close - you can easily take a taxi or minibus. Thanks to the Platan staff and the host Aslan (who is often present at the hotel, a wonderful and helpful person) for a wonderful, relaxing stay.
