Very disappointing experience. From the moment we entered, the staff were cold, dismissive, and showed zero hospitality. We were told to find a table ourselves with a hand gesture, the menu was dropped on our table without a word, and when food was served the waiter simply placed it down and walked away. Even when we said “thank you,” it was ignored. What made it worse was watching the staff suddenly become friendly and attentive when white customers walked in. They were greeted warmly, guided to their table, and even given an extra stool for their purse. My friend also had a purse but we were given no such courtesy. We paid the full bill including the 12% service charge, yet the service we received felt disrespectful and discriminatory. Hospitality should not depend on someone’s skin color. Very disappointing. Never coming again

We came to a restaurant with our family, and they took our order for half an hour. We cooked for half an hour, and ate only an hour after we sat down at the table. I didn't really like the dishes, the scramble was bland, a little dry, much smaller than the photos on the menu; the 4 cheese pizza was also not impressed, 4 cheeses were not felt, 2 maximum, there was no blue cheese at all; a hair was found in the breakfast for two, this sliced cheese and sausage was carried for half an hour. The prices are very high for such an establishment.

Dessert arrived before the main course. There were no additional dessert items. Catching the waiter is still a task, so we manually cleaned the dishes from the main course in order to eat the dessert that had already cooled down. They paid with a card, but they didn't give me a receipt.

When they came in, they asked for a table for three, then they waited for the receptionist to talk and laugh with her colleagues (at that time they were standing in the door in jackets and looked at her uncomprehendingly). Next, we ordered several dishes: caesar salad with chicken (no taste, the three of us tried it), pasta bolognese (the pasta itself tasteless, as if very very cheap, burger for 4, and pizza Margarita. We didn't eat the pizza, we don't have enough tomatoes, and we only taste cheese. They asked for a pizza, put it in a branded box and a branded package, only the pizza fits sideways in the package. Therefore, everyone understands that we brought the leaked mess home. Therefore, I can only rate the cuisine and service on a very low score. The atmosphere is pleasant in the cafe, the dishes are huge, that is, if you just want to throw in something and satisfy your hunger, then it's fine.

After moving to Armenia, this cafe was one of our favorites. Breakfasts, pizzas, business coffee. At least once a week. Over the years, the quality of food and service has gradually declined. They reconciled. Well, the shift is different, well, new waiters were hired, well, the food suppliers failed. In general, it's OK, the place is convenient. Anyway, the patience broke yesterday. We won't come to eat any more, their maximum is coffee, until they mess up with it. So, breakfast. Scrambled eggs with tomatoes are frankly raw protein snot. Shame. Their delicious cheesecakes in the past have turned into a canteen gum that smells sharply of low-quality vegetable oil. Well, the apotheosis is porridge with fruit. They carried it for 1 hour, 15 minutes, and tracked it specifically by phone calls. They brought a paste on water without sugar and salt. In my early childhood, my grandmother used to glue wallpaper on this. Why two stars instead of one? For fond memories of the wonderful pesto cafe's past.

On July 21, we visited the Pesto cafe. It was immediately noticeable that the staff had been updated. We were warmly welcomed by the hostess, with a smile and attention, which, unfortunately, we cannot say about the waiters. The hostess offered us a table and handed us the menu. We were not familiar with some of the dishes, and she explained their ingredients very beautifully and in detail, helped with the selection and accepted the order. All this is against the background of the complete inaction of the waiters, who were just watching from the sidelines. Unfortunately, the service was performed by a waitress with an extremely rude and disrespectful attitude. This disappointed us greatly. It's a pity that Sasha, one of the former employees, who always left good impressions, did not serve us. We would like to emphasize that it was a pleasure to see a competent, polite and responsible hostess at Pesto. Her care was at the highest level, and it was she who, in fact, provided the entire service process. But, alas, the waiters did not react even when we clearly indicated that we wanted to place another order. As a result, when we asked for the bill, the same girl brought it back. It seemed that she was the only one working in the hall. And one more thing: the knife and fork were served without gloves, which is a direct violation of sanitary and hygienic standards. Hopefully, the management will take measures and select staff appropriate to the level of the institution.
