The location is nice, and the layout is pretty, although there is no "wow" effect. Apparently, there are not enough staff yet. We sat in the cafe for about an hour, and all this time I watched the tables that were not cleaned, although there were 4 people in the cafe, including us. The staff are friendly and have a sense of humor. The sweetest, red-haired barista girl complimented me and lifted my mood. The coffee looks nice and tastes good too. In general, there is something to work on, but I will still come in, at least for the sake of the barista girl :)

Кофейне не хватает душевности и твёрдой руки. Отвалившиеся буквы в меню напитков привели нас к очень смешной беседе, в которой мы с мужем сначала думали, что это авторские напитки 😁 и стали обсуждать что есть что 🙃 Столики крайне редко убирают и ты вынужден переставлять чужую посуду или сам себе убирать место - это никуда не годится. Цены на киши просто конские - грибы по цене красной рыбы 😞 Девушка бариста посчитала большой кофе, а выдала маленький - пу-пу-пу! Про скидочные карты сети все молчат, словно они не существуют. Как будто многовато косяков для одного визита. Из положительного - светлые столики у окна, неплохой кофе.

I was in this cafe on 05/30/26, the girl on shift is wonderful! I found out that it was my birthday, congratulated her and invited her friend in Tikhon to surprise her with a cake. I am incredibly grateful! The tea and dessert were also delicious. 🔥

I love the entire Paragraph network, and this coffee shop is no exception. It's a very pleasant location, the baristas are polite and very funny. We made incredibly delicious coffee and helped with the choice of dessert. I definitely sign up for my favorite coffee shops and I'll come back.

My favorite coffee chain! I was there on April 13, unfortunately there were no croissants, the service was good, they helped with the choice of a drink. The atmosphere is wow!

We arrived at 9.20, and the coffee shop is open from 9.00. To the phrase good morning, the girl replied that she was not ready. Apparently , there was no option to ask what we wanted and suggest waiting until she cooked . I asked everything myself - about the coffee being ready and the food waiting. We love this network , we live nearby - we would go every morning , but alas , we went to a nearby coffee shop

Good afternoon! I've never written bad reviews, but a visit to your new coffee shop in the Chervensky shopping center on April 6 left an extremely unpleasant impression. The service and atmosphere in this establishment were disappointing, to put it mildly. I'm familiar with your network, I've visited before, but this time everything went wrong from the very threshold.: Showcase: The first thing that caught my eye were the treasured desserts. The cheesecake in the window was full of cracks, obviously not fresh and had been there for days. The desire to eat something disappeared immediately. Menu: The sign looks very untidy. The letters are scattered, some of the drinks seem to have "fallen off" from the main menu, everything is crooked and oblique. It doesn't match the level of a chain coffee shop at all. Staff: And the most important thing is the work of a barista. The girl didn't even say hello. While I was trying to study the menu in search of new items, she stood with a stony, disapproving face, without offering any help or advice. Despite the fact that there were only two people in the room, such a lack of customer orientation is simply unacceptable. Despite the state of the desserts, I still planned to take a drink, but because of this attitude, I just turned around and left. It's a pity that the new location has such a low level of service.
