The Paragraph has a very pleasant and stylish interior, and the atmosphere is great! But there were difficulties with the service. We ordered a cocktail, but the staff couldn't explain what was included in it and why the cake was on the promotion. As a result, the cocktail arrived — just whipped milk, even without the taste of strawberries. The girl at the checkout honestly tried to figure it out and asked a colleague, but the second employee just kept silent and ignored the question. It would be great if the staff knew the technological maps better and helped each other, because the place itself is wonderful.

We decided to celebrate a pleasant occasion by going to this place (the coffee shop is new to us, we have never been there before). We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the coffee and dessert itself - just aerobatics! The staff are friendly and helpful, they told us about the promotions and the loyalty system. We will definitely come again)
