We decided to celebrate a pleasant occasion by going to this place (the coffee shop is new to us, we have never been there before). We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the coffee and dessert itself - just aerobatics! The staff are friendly and helpful, they told us about the promotions and the loyalty system. We will definitely come again)

We ordered two coffees and a dessert. After 20 minutes of waiting, we still haven't received our order. We came up to ask what was the matter and why we were waiting so long, despite the fact that the people who came after us had received their orders a long time ago. It turned out that the receipt was allegedly "jammed" and our order was stupidly forgotten. It is very strange that the guests after us had everything in order. They asked for a refund, as there was no time to wait any longer. And I didn't want to with such service/attitude. They couldn't make a refund on the card, apparently they didn't know how We don't recommend it. We won't be coming back here anymore.

The worst "coffee paragraph" in my life is because of the people who work here. I'm a guru in a couple of coffee shops and I've been to all of them. I've never seen such rude workers. They are as slow as snails, although there are almost no visitors. I don't know if any manager reads this, please fix your reputation.

There is a "raf halva" item on the menu. He asked to add halva to another type of coffee, but was refused. Even in simpler establishments, this is usually done without problems. The establishment looks stylish, but the service does not meet expectations — it is not a customer-oriented approach.

We ordered cold orange and apple-lime lemonade with us. There was no loading in the coffee shop, there was no queue, they came and ordered. 3 workers were running around by themselves at the bar. The wait ended up being about 20 minutes. What goes beyond that, prices are also higher in Minsk. Even at the waiting stage, we regretted that we decided to enter the institution for the first time, but the payment was made... It tastes even more disappointing. Bumble is classic, but lemonade is terrible, it's impossible to drink, it's very bitter. I strongly advise you not to come to the institution.
