I was in Abkhazia for the first time. The nature is gorgeous, the sea is stunningly beautiful, warm and clean, with dolphins. The pension is located in a beautiful location, 50 meters from the beach. Periodically, lights are turned off throughout Pitsunda, this affects grocery stores, cafes, and there is no water in the boarding house during these hours. Yes, the workers organized the sale of water in large quantities, they did not suffer from thirst. You can also always buy ice cream, sweets, and drinks. There are many cafes, stalls, trampolines for children on the embankment. Despite some nuances, I was satisfied with the rest. Yes, it would be great if you didn't have to wait three hours at the border and you could buy water there, otherwise it's hard to wait that long in a stuffy bus. Good luck to all!

I stayed at this hotel from August 15th to August 23rd, 2024. Unfortunately, there were no other accommodation options, so I had to stay in a room with partial amenities. However, despite this, I liked everything. The food was top notch, and the buffet provided a variety of dishes. In addition, the beach was only a couple of minutes away. The nature in this place is simply amazing, and I was able to enjoy my vacation and improve my health. If economy class rooms are not suitable for someone, then the hotel has more comfortable options.

We are vacationing from 07/20/2025 - 1.08.2025 in the Amzara building of the Pitsunda defense Industry Complex, and I want to share my impressions. Location is the main advantage of this place! From the building you can access two different beaches: one leads to the open sea with its powerful waves, the second to the cozy bay of Pitsunda with a calmer sea. This is a big plus for those who like different types of bathing. The territory of the complex is green and well maintained, there are many shady places to relax. The air here is special thanks to the relict pines. There are several pleasant cafes and restaurants on site where you can have dinner in the evening — you don't have to walk far, everything is within walking distance. The dining room "Sail" is about 850 meters away, which is quite comfortable for a walk. As for the room: yes, the renovation is not new, there are minor flaws (paint is peeling in places, old switches), but this is not critical for a relaxing holiday. The rooms are special, with balconies offering beautiful views of the relict forest. Of the nuances: there is no hair dryer, TV and kettle in the room, the refrigerator is only on the floor. Unfortunately, there is a refrigerator in the lobby, but it does not work properly — it does not freeze. There is no internal handle on the door either. There is an inconvenience with the location of the double bed — it stands far from the outlets, which makes it difficult to use electrical appliances. Also, the narrow passage between the bed and the wall prevents free access to the balcony. The facilities are located on the floor and are always available — the showers and toilets are in good condition, although not renovated. Positive: Unique location between two beaches A picturesque area with pine trees Good cafes and restaurants on site Rooms with balconies and forest views Free facilities on the floor Proximity to the sea A comfortable walk to the dining room "Sail" Minuses: The rooms need to be updated Lack of some amenities in the room A non-working refrigerator on the floor Uncomfortable bed position Despite some minor flaws, the rest turned out to be wonderful due to the stunning views and convenient access to the sea. I recommend it to those who appreciate nature and the sea more than modern amenities.
