In my opinion, one of the best hotels on Berdyansk Spit in terms of price/quality ratio. A standard room costs about 5,000, a suite about 7,000. Private beach behind the hotel, 50m away. There are sun beds, umbrellas and gazebos on the beach. The water is perfectly clean, transparent, the beach is sandy, the bottom is also sandy, no stones, silt, pebbles, shells. The entrance is shallow, 20 meters. There are jellyfish. The hotel is clean and well maintained, there are water coolers and an ATM, on the 3rd floor there is a dining area with microwaves. The rooms are clean, have a balcony, wifi and air conditioning. There are breakfasts, lunches and dinners for an additional fee, they must be ordered in advance. We didn't go to breakfast, I can't appreciate the quality. The coffee machine was not working in the restaurant. There is an unresolved problem with booking sun beds with towels - people leave towels for several days, believing that these are their sun beds and gazebos. Outside the hotel, there is practically no infrastructure within walking distance, except for a small shop. There is a parking lot for electric scooters in front of the hotel. We visited twice in July 2025 on weekends. I can recommend it.

A tall, new 6-storey building, everything is shiny; clean, beautiful, there is Parking, a shop, the territory is landscaped. Its own beach, sun beds are free for vacationers, there is a savings ATM inside, you can order breakfast, lunch and dinner for an additional fee. There is also a restaurant, open until the last customer. 😊 We had a rest here in August 2025, the sea is warm, the sun is not so scorching anymore. The hotel is good, the service is on the level, high standards, I recommend 👍

The hotel is very weak.... we stayed in a standard superior room for one night. The only thing you can give stars for is the sea view 😍 and proximity to the sea - two minutes and you're already basking in the Sea of Azov 🌊 everything else leaves much to be desired 😔 the room is old, the plumbing is old, rusty, towels and linens are far from white 😔 for the first time I saw colored duvet covers 👀

I admit that the review may be biased due to the situation in Berdyansk. The room stock is absolutely "dead", everything is running, the presence of the Soviet service does not add stars. Breakfast for 500 rubles - two eggs, disgusting rice porridge, stale bread with margarine and shameful glowing pieces of cheese and sausage. Torn towels. The only advantage is the sea view.

Nice and helpful staff. Beautiful sea view from the room, everything is clean and tidy. If I go to Berdyansk, I will definitely stay there. Book rooms in advance for the summer.

We were in a good hotel in early June. The view is good, the beach and the territory are clean and well maintained, Playground, barbecue areas, deck chairs, gazebos. We took breakfasts and lunches, the food was delicious, the portions were large, and the meals were based on the principle of a complex (first, second, and compote). The staff is polite and friendly. Of the cons : the bed linen is old (but clean), there are no masking nets on the windows, there are no shops nearby (the nearest is 10 minutes away), poor Wi-Fi. Overall, I liked it, we'll visit again
