In my opinion, one of the best hotels on Berdyansk Spit in terms of price/quality ratio. A standard room costs about 5,000, a suite about 7,000. Private beach behind the hotel, 50m away. There are sun beds, umbrellas and gazebos on the beach. The water is perfectly clean, transparent, the beach is sandy, the bottom is also sandy, no stones, silt, pebbles, shells. The entrance is shallow, 20 meters. There are jellyfish. The hotel is clean and well maintained, there are water coolers and an ATM, on the 3rd floor there is a dining area with microwaves. The rooms are clean, have a balcony, wifi and air conditioning. There are breakfasts, lunches and dinners for an additional fee, they must be ordered in advance. We didn't go to breakfast, I can't appreciate the quality. The coffee machine was not working in the restaurant. There is an unresolved problem with booking sun beds with towels - people leave towels for several days, believing that these are their sun beds and gazebos. Outside the hotel, there is practically no infrastructure within walking distance, except for a small shop. There is a parking lot for electric scooters in front of the hotel. We visited twice in July 2025 on weekends. I can recommend it.

A tall, new 6-storey building, everything is shiny; clean, beautiful, there is Parking, a shop, the territory is landscaped. Its own beach, sun beds are free for vacationers, there is a savings ATM inside, you can order breakfast, lunch and dinner for an additional fee. There is also a restaurant, open until the last customer. 😊 We had a rest here in August 2025, the sea is warm, the sun is not so scorching anymore. The hotel is good, the service is on the level, high standards, I recommend 👍

The hotel is very weak.... we stayed in a standard superior room for one night. The only thing you can give stars for is the sea view 😍 and proximity to the sea - two minutes and you're already basking in the Sea of Azov 🌊 everything else leaves much to be desired 😔 the room is old, the plumbing is old, rusty, towels and linens are far from white 😔 for the first time I saw colored duvet covers 👀
