Unprofessional and Unreliable – Refund Not Issued I booked a tour with Panda Travels in Almaty and paid an advance of 1,44,000 Tenge. Due to the Middle East conflict, I had to cancel my trip well in advance. They had clearly stated that a full refund would be given if cancelled at least 3 days before — which I did. Despite repeated follow-ups and providing all required documents, they refused to issue the refund and stopped responding professionally. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this agency, especially for international travelers.

Just a warning to anyone planning a trip with panda travel They abandoned us in a remote spot just for being late by one hour. No calls, no coordination—just left us there. And when we confronted them, they mocked us instead of offering any support. It was scary, unsafe, and deeply unprofessional. Please don’t risk your safety like we did. Wish I could rate this disaster below 1 star
