Unprofessional and Unreliable – Refund Not Issued I booked a tour with Panda Travels in Almaty and paid an advance of 1,44,000 Tenge. Due to the Middle East conflict, I had to cancel my trip well in advance. They had clearly stated that a full refund would be given if cancelled at least 3 days before — which I did. Despite repeated follow-ups and providing all required documents, they refused to issue the refund and stopped responding professionally. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this agency, especially for international travelers.
