I was very pleased with the freshly squeezed carrot, apple, and orange juices. We always made an apple carrot mix- it's very tasty. Smoked salmon for breakfast, salted salmon snacks in the afternoon, and salmon salad in the evening. Also, every day, shrimp, squid, mussels, octopus in a snack, three types of fish, beef, turkey, lamb, vegetables, French fries, omelets, fried eggs, real pancakes, cupcakes, donuts, awesome croissants, pastries, cakes, two types of soups breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc., everything is delicious. Baby food is fresh, canned, yoghurts, cottage cheese. The service in the restaurant is good, orders arrive quickly. In bars, too, the service is normal, no one is singled out. Minus 2 - I want to give + 1 point to the bartenders of the Pool bar, the son (height 170 but still a child) could stand for 15 minutes at a cocktail, all 6 bartenders simply ignored until an adult approached, the waiters and the ice cream dispenser + 5 points for their work. Ice cream starts from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., very tasty, of different flavors, in a restaurant near the beach there are three types of ice cream in a package, found on the last day of rest. The hotel has three large pools and a lagoon pool with beautiful sun loungers, surrounded by villas. There were always people and children at the two pools with a smooth entrance, we rested at the largest one, next to the main restaurant, there were few people and the whole pool was ours. It is very pleasant to spend time on the lawn overlooking the sea, the beach strip is large, there are many sun loungers, the hotel has a pier. Unfortunately, we were unlucky with the sea, there was a strong wind and waves, we were at sea three times during the whole time, the weather was more like the month of April. There is animation in the hotel, but it is not usual that every other day, then two days in a row, there is a show, mostly dancing and acrobats, I liked the show from the book of fairy tales, it was very colorful, and there were motorcycles in the ball. Every day at 22 o'clock there was music with songs, it was also nice to sit and listen to a cocktail, someone even danced. Once we even went to a disco at 23 o'clock, two girls danced. Minus 3 - there are no posters with activism and shows, we just walked around at random. Minus 4 - they seem to have animators, but we came across water football once, yoga once with three vacationers, darts on the last day, and aerobics on an exercise bike in the pool. There is no program schedule, and if you want to participate somewhere, look for animators yourself, we didn't really need them. I also want to note that the hotel washes the deck chairs, paths, and tables very carefully. I always wipe everything in the room with antiseptic napkins and there was no hint of dirt or dust on the napkins at all, the floor is cleaned in the room, which is rare in Turkey. Summing up, I want to say that we were very satisfied with the rest, rested, slept well, swam, and ate. I also liked the 18+ bar, the beautiful serving of drinks. And now a tip for vacationers: look carefully at your feet, on the first day of rest, we went to look for beach towels, walked from the kids' club, along the restaurant to the aquabar, and where the restaurant ends, the path leads to a lawn with a tiled path, a lawn 10 cm high, and you confidently step and voila dislocation of the leg And you're already lying down. Что произошло: После вечернего шоу на сцене осталась какая-то конструкция (декорация/слайд). Дети — а там было человек 30-40! — сразу полезли на неё, и начали скатываться по ней,как с горки. Первые 10 минут всё казалось безобидным, пока на моих глазах мой ребёнок с криком не прибежал ко мне. Оказалось, что он разорвал себе всю кожу под шортами — острые края конструкции просто срезали ткань и кожу ребенку. Нам пришлось срочно ехать в больницу, где ребёнку накладывали швы. Это был дикий стресс. НО САМОЕ СТРАШНОЕ: Пока мы собирались в больницу, через 5 минут пострадал ещё один ребёнок. На той же самой конструкции. И получил травмы ещё тяжелее, чем у нас. Отель Paloma Grida проявил полное безразличие к безопасности: 1. За сценой никто не следил после шоу. 2. Острый, опасный реквизит оставили в свободном доступе для стаи детей. 3. Аниматоры или охрана отсутствовали — никто не пресек лазание на опасную горку. Двое тяжело раненых за 5 минут — это система и уголовная халатность. В результате — разорванные мягкие ткани, швы, испорченный отдых и шрам на всю жизнь. После больницы и швов — тишина. Отель просто «откупился» и забыл нас. 1.Ни менеджер, ни генеральный директор не подошли лично, не спросили, как ребёнок себя чувствует. 2. Никакой компенсации. Ни возврата денег за этот день, ни предложения продлить отдых, ни комплимента ребенку от отеля. 3. Никакого жеста доброй воли. Ребёнок перенёс швы, стресс, боль. Отель не прислал в номер даже фруктовую тарелку, торт, сладости, игрушку — ничего, что сказало бы: «Нам жаль, что так вышло» Это уровень и сервис отеля,который на 💯 не соответствует 5 звездочному отелю! Позор вам.
