House territory: clean and cozy-there is a place for adults and children to relax. There was also plenty of room for a car. We have been visiting Anoush and Artak for 3 years in a row, and we will continue to visit them only. Even our children have already become friends. Now we're just waiting for summer....

We had the same experience, as Oksana writes below. I can't say anything about the guest house, because we didn't really understand what it was like. We also booked a room, confirmed the reservation, wrote to the owner - he did not respond. We arrived in the evening to check in, and the owner said that there were no places. It was 11 p.m., and we had a 5-year-old child with us. The owner offered us his room - while ours is occupied. We stayed there for two days and were offered another room. But we didn't want to move anymore, because we decided to leave for Sochi. They asked me to stay in this room for a couple of days. We were allowed to. Then the owner's mother threw a tantrum about it and kicked us out. I just said get out of here, I'm tired of you. Thanks to this experience, I don't want to go to Abkhazia at all anymore.

Thank you so much for the hospitality, warm atmosphere and cozy evenings. The view from the windows to the mountains is simply unreal. The rooms are clean and spacious. Shops, souvenir shops, cafes and canteens are within walking distance. The sea is 10-15 minutes away at a calm pace. There is a summer kitchen on the territory, a laundry room (which is not unimportant who comes with children), real homemade wine, chacha, compotes and much more are always on sale, there is a beautiful garden with tangerines, persimmons, pomegranates and many other trees on the territory, magnificent locations with palm trees for a photo shoot without leaving the yard. There are parking spaces. We are very glad that this particular place was recommended to us. We can safely say that the vacation was a success.
