Question to the owner, of course I understand that you don't pay a large salary, but think about it, maybe it's worth raising and hiring normal employees rather than losing customers.

It would be a great pick-up point if it weren't for the ever-nagging employee. He is always unhappy, he works slowly. Half an hour before closing, he no longer wants to issue orders. He stated to his face that he was "fucked up with refunds," after which the goods were packaged with obscene comments. There are no questions for female employees, they are always polite, they issue orders quickly and without problems.

I strongly advise you not to visit this PVZ while a shift worker with dark hair is working there! This is the most unpleasant and negative person who spoils the mood and attitude towards Ozon. A specific case: Today I had to pick up the buttons and check the size and quantity by opening the "factory packaging" (although it's just a package without any markings). The employee rudely stated that if I did this, she would refuse to accept a refund, even if the product did not fit. The reaction to my explanations was inadequate. As a result: because of the dark-haired employee, I started going to another Ozon pick-up point, where the owner of the point herself works! She is a very sociable and friendly woman. I ask the Ozon management to pay attention to the service, as one person repels regular customers.

I ordered the goods to this pick-up point. Horror. An employee, a woman, is sitting, it looks like she is drunk. A lot of goods are not accepted. I ask where the rest of the goods are, barely said that you will receive them before 21:00 and points to the boxes. At 20:00, a message arrives about the postponement of delivery to tomorrow. That is, she simply does not accept the goods, and the buyers are waiting. I will not order for this item anymore. UPD: after complaining about OZON at 21:50, a message came that the product was ready for delivery. The point is open until 21:00. Thank you very much.

The boorish attitude of the employees. Only when I came to the point for my order, I had to listen from an employee that I hit my back with your order, go and pick it up at the warehouse yourself. My husband and I were just in shock. But OK, they took the order themselves. They also silently listened to another portion of negative comments about themselves and looked into a dissatisfied face. It's terrible! Plus, orders are constantly delayed at this point. They can issue only part of the order in one day. I understand that the staff simply do not accept the goods.
