A terrible point, the employee is completely inadequate, swears obscenities, does not want to give out the goods, because the delivery arrived late and it needs to be laid out before night. Question to the owner, of course I understand that you don't pay a large salary, but think about it, maybe it's worth raising and hiring normal employees rather than losing customers.

It would be a great pick-up point if it weren't for the ever-nagging employee. He is always unhappy, he works slowly. Half an hour before closing, he no longer wants to issue orders. He stated to his face that he was "fucked up with refunds," after which the goods were packaged with obscene comments. There are no questions for female employees, they are always polite, they issue orders quickly and without problems.

I strongly advise you not to visit this PVZ while a shift worker with dark hair is working there! This is the most unpleasant and negative person who spoils the mood and attitude towards Ozon. A specific case: Today I had to pick up the buttons and check the size and quantity by opening the "factory packaging" (although it's just a package without any markings). The employee rudely stated that if I did this, she would refuse to accept a refund, even if the product did not fit. The reaction to my explanations was inadequate. As a result: because of the dark-haired employee, I started going to another Ozon pick-up point, where the owner of the point herself works! She is a very sociable and friendly woman. I ask the Ozon management to pay attention to the service, as one person repels regular customers.
