We stopped at the house of the Mayor on January 17, 2026 as part of the golden ring of Abkhazia tour, we did not choose where the guide took us there and listened to the tour We bought herbal tea from them in a packed bag, without an observation window, we bought it after tasting because we were treated to delicious tea, but instead of herbal tea we have a package of incomprehensible leaves - we are disappointed … These are not 14 types of herbs as stated on the package, and not the tea that was poured for us, it's just dried leaves!!! I know what herbal tea of thyme, mint, linden and other 14 herbs looks like, I showed everything in the photo I don't understand where the 4.9 rating came from, since I started reading reviews from others and everyone had similar dissatisfied reviews about tea, wines, and the quality of wine, how lucky we didn't buy it, but many of our group took it... and were disappointed

Deceived! Disappointed. They didn't pour what I asked for. I looked into the package later. It was her own fault, of course, but she hoped for decency, as the guide told the hospitable people. Instead of the cognac that was given to me, it turned out to be just a balm.... I hadn't even tried it and wasn't going to take it... it was a disappointment, everyone was tied up in business and the guide and this place. They pour it, not that they give it a try!

A wonderful, polite and decent guide Munir picked up and brought to the hotel, showed beautiful and exciting places, was very attentive to each participant and responsive, impressions for the whole day, there is nothing better than the mountains and the original Abkhazian nature, almost untouched by man! A very exciting tour and pleasant company. Definitely advise and recommend! With full confidence and an open heart! This is not the last time we see each other, I will definitely go again! The tour lasted the whole day, you need to bring water with you in advance, just in case, have a snack in the car and cash, there were no problems, but this is a parting word for the particularly picky).
