I really enjoyed the group trips to the abandoned city and the caves of New Athos, but most of all the final individual excursion to the Ritsa. I would like to mention Amir's guides and Emir's driver separately for the excellent mood on the group tour and the guide on the individual tour of Alkhas. If we ever visit Abkhazia again, then all excursions are organized by Lilia and only with them.

We had a rest in Gagra, stayed at Alex. The tours were booked directly at Lilia's hotel. She calmly, without imposition, told about routes, prices, differences. We took group excursions to Tkarchal (it's near the famous abandoned town of Akarmara — we had a separate stop, and we walked around Akarmara: the incredible atmosphere of abandonment, magnificent views of the mountains) and caves in New Athos — the most powerful impressions! We found real professionals: lively, with a sense of humor, who know the history and traditions of Abkhazia down to the smallest detail. They didn't just give a lecture, but had a dialogue with the group, answered any questions, and showed hidden locations along the way. No one was bored. Plus, I was very pleased that the program includes trips to tastings: we tried homemade wines and real Abkhazian cheeses. Delicious, sincere and without aggressive imposition of purchase. But the main thing is an individual excursion to the Ritz. Yes, it's more expensive than a group, but it's totally worth the money. Lilia warned: this is a completely different level of comfort and freedom. We rode in a comfortable car, the guide worked only for us, stayed where we wanted, and as long as we wanted — without haste and crowds.
