I was on vacation in this hotel from 05/15/26 to 05/21/26 , the first thing is that the hotel is good, the room is clean (except if no one has cleaned the bedside table there for a long time), the plumbing is new,the hair dryer is good,there is soap,gel,shampoo,slippers, 3 towels each.The room has a TV, kettle, mug, refrigerator, safe.In 5 days, we took out a garbage bag once, changed the linen and towels. The territory is clean, well maintained, the pool is clean. Irina is a very good employee at the reception, she will tell you everything and help you. The kitchen is a separate story, as the certified cook (Uzbek) said, but porridge for breakfast is not his dish, thick oatmeal, semolina with large lumps, but I was glad that there was soup for dinner, in short, you will not stay hungry The main disadvantage of the hotel is that it is far from the sea, only if you arrived by car there are no problems. In short, I recommend the hotel.

We didn't regret choosing this hotel! Everything they say on the website is true. It is worth noting the cleanliness on the territory of the hotel and in the building itself. The room is fully equipped and has everything you need. The beds are comfortable, the equipment is working. Swimming pool with sun beds, tables, umbrellas, towels. Good food, small selection of dishes, but everything is fresh. The location is not very suitable for beach lovers and for those who do not like to walk a lot. It takes 15-20 minutes on foot from the beach and the embankment. But we chose specially near a public transport stop, because we went to Pitsunda, New Athos, old Gagra, Abaata. The hotel is opposite the bus stop. The Wi-Fi is good, I worked sometimes, I needed a video connection, the Internet catches perfectly. There are air conditioners on the floors, and the hotel is cool everywhere in the summer heat. There is a fridge-bar on the ground floor, you can buy alcohol and soft drinks. Special thanks to the girl at the reception! Always on site, will answer any questions about the hotel, always met and saw off with a smile and cordiality! We arrived on July 1st and booked 3 rooms! Departure on July 6. Everything is great, the rooms are clean, plus or minus a fresh renovation. The reception is lovely and helpful, they called us a taxi, asked how they got there, and it's very nice that they're worried about the guests. There is also a beautiful refrigerator, with drinks. We looked into it cleanly. The territory is beautiful, clean, the pool saved us in general, as the sea was restless, and the children were so happy, the warm, clean pool, there are many rods nearby, and places where you can sit. They also fed us breakfast and dinner. The food is homemade and delicious, for such a hotel price, it's generally excellent. I want to mention it separately!!! Towels are provided downstairs specifically for the pool, you don't need to drag it from the room, then you leave it wet at the bottom, fine 👌 There is also a toilet by the pool, no need to run to the room!
